Hey guys I just wanna share my story as a motocross rider, when I started racing I was always pumped up for races it's like every race is my first race that is how excited I am in every race but this one race made all the excitement gone in just one moment in this race a year ago I crashed broke my ankle and my femur I crashed sideways when I cased the biggest double in the track after the surgery I just felt empty that I could never race again all my love for mx was gone. While I was doing some physical therapy for my legs I searched up some motivational music to keep me through the pain of the therapy thats where I bumped into these videos and I am very happy I did watched these videos, it made me realize my life had more meaning after a couple of months the spark was back and I was able to ride completely normally again I also won some races until now the spark is still strong for mx. Same thing happened to me just that I’ve been riding for a couple years I’ve broken a couple of bones during the years but there was one race where I ended up breaking my leg in 3 and that was the moment I knew my parents won’t let me continue the sport I always loved it my whole life. right now I’m in there healing process just slowly trying to convince them that’s what I wanna do it’s my passion but they just don’t know that’s what I really wanna do I only have one life and I wanna do what I always loved so I wanna continue hopefully I’m able to get back....
I broke both of my wrists in a dirt bike race and my story is the same as your and I broke my neck and leg but I still got back up and I was back in races and I got hit by a drunk driver and broke my wrist again but I got back up and did the same thing but god only gives us so many chances so don’t waste them
Good luck on your journey. i have been motocross for 2 years and i have improved alot in the years and it was my dream to someday have my own motocross bike and now i am riding one.🤩

I tore the cartilage in my knee last January but after staying off it and avoiding surgery luckily I’m able to ride again there is a race in a couple weeks and I’m going with the experience I have from my injury making me a safer rider. Pain is the way we learn. It’s strange how it works. But like you said. The most important thing. Ride safe, guys!

I'm not a motocross fan. However, I have a 6th grade student who dreams of being a professional racer. Problem is he is always in ISS for one thing or another, refuses to do any of his school, ditches school often and then is found by the police. I researched and found that as of 2021, the sport now requires racers to have a high school diploma or GED. Are there any inspirational motocross stories, personal experiences, etc out there that I can share with him to impress on him the importance of his education if he wants to race professionally in the sport?

I'm 13 and been riding since 5, but never raced till about 1 month ago. You can do it so can I its just, do you want to? You can do anything in reach, just practice and don't give up even when you want to. When I broke my leg I almost quit, but I didn't and I'm glad. It's not a can I do it it's a do I want to do it.
bro I'm gonna be honest. you can start racing when ever your ready. I got my fist bike January 1st of 2016. I've been riding since that day. never even sat on a dirt bike before that. only been doing this for about 8 months but I have so much heart and dedication for the sport I love doing. my first race was in may. brought home 6th out of 28th and so on. I've brought home 1st twice now. If you are really ready go out and start racing. you'll never know you could become one of the next top names.
