“Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.” Quoted by Richard Branson 😍😍🙌🙌🙌
Yes Sir Richard obviously has found what makes employees feel valuable and that translates in great guest experiences. Rather simple formula. I think taking the pressure off on up selling everything or anything. Especially, if it makes you uncomfortable and sales isn’t a comfortable talent you have. Pressured by dept management all the time leaves the impression that you are not doing your job well enough. The things you were hired to seems to not be enough. I think I would enjoy cruising on Virgin knowing how they treat their employees.
After my cruse on Virgin a fee months ago, my biggest takeaway - and reason I will continue to support them - is that I LOVE how the company treats the crew. I loved the the tattoos and freedom of expression by the crew. And the fact that there were crew eating among us in the restaurants was amazing!! I was just totally impressed!
I applied to Virgin Voyages because of you and your videos. I got a job offer, set to start on March. I hadn't even watch that video before and now that i do as a future crew, makes me so happy i could cry. Thank you!
I’ve been aboard 3 times now, can’t wait till my 4th… and one thing I’ve always felt is that their crew seems genuinely enthusiastic… and from that it allows the crew to pour more energy back towards the sailors.
I suspect that the fact that there is one crew mess (not an officer's mess and a crew mess) might have a lot to do with positive interaction at all levels of staff. Just seeing each other at meals is positive, even if you don't interact, and it gets ride of the "us" and "them" mentality. Happy crew = happy sailors!
I totally agree! I work for a company where there is Royal, Officer's mess and Crew mess. On my last contract, we crossed the Atlantic without any passengers on board and only 79 crew members. We did that in like a month (long story as to why haha). During that whole month, we ate at one of the restaurants, all of us together, and it was absolutely amazing! You actually have more respect for everyone, just like you said, there's no "us" and "them"
We just returned from our voyage in the Med and it was great to meet you! It seemed very obvious that the crew was very happy and all treated us with what felt like authentic friendliness and concern. I was a Virgin employee for 6 years ( got to help send Richard to space) and when the company was young it was a great experience! We look forward to another Virgin cruise in the future!
I couldn't help laughing out loud when you described kids! Finally, someone who says publicly what we've all been thinking: The little bastards are generally boring and pains in the butt! Nicely done. : )
that's 100% true. From my previous cruise company I remember there were a huge family reunion and then 15 pre teens cousins messed up one area the long table and floors are all covered with ice cream I had to clean everything up alone 😢
The only issue I have with cruising is the food waste. It bothers me that crew gets shit food when the cruise lines throws out so much food. Continue to do what you do. Peace and love.
Hello, I have never wanted to go on a cruise… until now. You put to rest why I wouldn’t ever go on them because of the pressure sales tactics. Also, no kids because I am getting to old be around frat partying every night. So thank you for doing these videos!!! Have a beautiful day!!
Hello, The vlog is interesting. It’s great to hear what the crew members think about their job. As to frat parties, kids, pressure sales… OMG, where did you get this perverted picture from? You can find it all as an issue on select ships only and sometime only. Cruising is a pleasure!
Very interesting to watch this - I recently sailed with another cruise line (which will remain nameless) and spoke to 7 different members of staff (on the same ship!) who were absolutely desperate to get to work with Virgin - they seem excellent with their crews!
Only 51 days before our 1st Virgin cruise (we were on cancelled one Easter time originally!) Looking forward to meeting you all & having a (no pressure, no kids) fun, friendly & relaxing cruise to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary. So nice to know you love the brand & you are a great 'Ambassador' for them (hope Richards watching, you may get a promotion!)😂
Hey Lucy! How to apply for casino or shore excursion assistant? Is it directly or through agencies? I’m excited to hear stories about your new job role soon as I’ve been following for a while now. Happy to see you grow. Best of luck
I watch your videos partly because they are a relief from the political videos i normally watch on YT. Thank you! Also, should I decide to go on a cruise, you have convinced me to choose Virgin Voyages.
I've never been on a cruise. I don't know if I will. But an adult only cruise sounds great. I like Richard Bransons adventurous streak. Like when he went in the balloon years ago.
Great vlog and I read quotes from Richard Branson that he stands by making his employees happy 🥰🥰 My favorite cruise vloggers was on the valiant lady and I was following their live streams. Oh my it looked like soooo much fun. Maybe you met them - Rich & Jazzy Life and Addy & Terry
I really hope that Virgin Voyages set sail to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii and California regions. The way you described Virgin Voyages it seem like a great company to set sail and work with. I just can't wait to start working for the cruise ship. Just apply for the sailor services position Lucy wish me luck!!!
Everytime I hear you speak about Virgin, I want to try it out! One of the only things that's preventing me from applying is the size of the ships. One of the reasons why I chose the company I am on is because it's small ships (only around 260 passengers and 150 crew). So the fact that Virgin's are huge is absolutely terrifying to me: getting lost, getting overwhelmed with the total amount of people, and most of all safety protocols. It took me a while to register everything safety related on a small ship, so I can't imagine on a ship of that size.
It’s another incarnation of Carnival - Joe Farcus inside out. If you compare their ships with Carnival Conquest class ships, you’ll see the same passenger/internal space ratio. However Carnival ships have more open space and have been designed as one-class ships. A good saying: ships with classes have no class.
As your contracts are short term, is it like reapplying for a new job when you want to renew your contract? Do they usually ask you to sign another one if they want you to return, or do you more or less ask if you can return? I'm interested on how the contract process works. If you've already answered this in a previous video, I'll look for it. Thanks!
LOVE your honesty!!! I have 3 (grown) children of my own, and 4 grandchildren that I love and adore very much. BUT..... when it's other people's children, ummmm....not so much😂😂😂. I mean I can tolerate others children for a moment, or for holiday events and such. But when it comes to my vacation....I'd rather avoid children when possible. Another great video Lucy!!
I had not considered Virgin, mainly because my idea of a cruise is about 14 days, while Virgin is mostly short cruises. But I love the idea of a line that treats crew as people. I know that crew make or break my experience. We will try Virgin. At the moment, I do have one other obstacle. Airports have become such unpleasant experiences that I try to do most of my cruising where I don’t have to fly, so I mostly cruise round trip from NYC.
I was a bit surprised about your no kids stance (I'm a teacher and foster Mum) but the way that you explained it I can fully understand and If I would invest in a cruise trip it would be a big deal and I would most likely go on an adult only cruise. I think that crew should get good quality food with a lot of variety and no doubt free wifi. I think that Virgin really cares about their staff which I respect. It's awesome that you can go to guest areas especially the restaurants for free.
You grow so fast, and it so great to see and be apart of 🥰 Thank you as always for sharing and give insight in this “world”. Love your spirit and personality 🤩 Love from Johanne, Norway 🇳🇴
Hi Lucy, Thank you for your informative VLOGS. I recently discovered your Channel . Your videos are both informative and entertaining. Your presentation is down to earth, with an honest tone. . I look forward to cruising on one of Virgin Voyages ships.
Hi Lucy, thank you for an excellent coverage. When I first tuned in I thought that you were Steph from Cruising with Sean and Steph. You both wear the same hair style in some of your videos. Again thank you and Very well done Lucy.🤗
Thank you for another great video. I am pleased that you find Virgin to be good to work for, but not surprised. I watch your videos, not because I am thinking of working on a cruise ship but because I am very interested in the life of the crews. I have done several cruises with Royal Caribbean and going on a river cruise in Europe with Viking in October and think the crew members work very hard to make our stay enjoyable, however, unfortunately they are not always treated well by some guests. All the best from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺
Wow!! it sounds amazing place to work. I believe i can be a king there hahahaha there's nothing better when the clients remember your name and want to keep in touch with you to see you again one day.
I despise being pushed to buy-buy-buy, so Virgin sounds like the line for me...although it's hard to see how Virgin makes money without the push to buy, and when they give away perks like WiFi and meals in restaurants for free.
So I was just on Scarlet Lady last week. Several things are sold before boarding (excursions, bar tab, etc) but there wasn't pressure, only that if you bought early, they gave a $100 increase to the $300. Basic wifi is free, but there were two levels of paid upgrades. I had no difficulties watching Instagram videos or having slow uploads/downloads, but there were others who paid for more internet connectivity. It was my first cruise ever. The biggest barrier was the concern about other peoples kids being unruly or unruly people around kids. Here, it was just be yourself and have a good time. Every time I passed by a shop, they were typically empty with the occasional browsing passenger. Everyone was absolutely polite and friendly; it never felt like a forced interaction from them. I was so impressed that I booked my next trip after 2 days onboard.
@@Invertmini1212 There are parties that are held in some of the venues. Also, there is a pajama party at the pool on the first night, and a Scarlet night toward the end, but it was also quiet when you weren’t in those areas. It can be as lively or quiet as you want, but nothing too crazy happens, in my opinion. Just people having fun, but they are easily avoidable.
Hi Lucy, Wow vegetarian food too yeahhhh 😁🙏🏼 Yes especially for me … it can break or make . I’m definitely going to look into virgin. I was concerned about tattoos. Wow be yourself ! Oh my god… you r told what to ask your fellow crew members ???? Is it accustom to have your own cabin ???? Free wifi !!!! You can go to the different decks too? This is how it should be… people are people not Gods because of status .. I’m amazed with your info 😍😍😍😍 I’m very surprised but love the approach towards the passenger and the philosophy 💯💯💯
As a mere sailor (who is back on Valiant in 6 weeks for the 2nd time in 2 months, the first time went down with Covid on the 2nd night) a couple of comments I hope the pay is decent, I assume your costs as cheaper. I hate tips, I expect decent service from human beings who are treated as human beings ie paid decently. Tips just created horrible artificial environments where people can't be themselves. Do you work for Virgin or your shop, surely a shop needs to be sales focused even if the rest of the ship isn't. Is it simply a case the shop is paid by Virgin to be run and any additional profit is a bonus? I did notice crew with vertical red stripes in the middle of their shirts, I assumed this was to represent a tie, ie they were management and it looked very cool. Virgin is great but I really do hope as a business its still around in a couple of years as European ships at least really don't look very busy which is great for sailors less so for the future
THIS should be a training video for those who manage service-staff... (VERY OFTEN, in my own experience, those who manage service staff with an approach and attitude that WOULD GET THAT PERSON FIRED if they EVEN REMOTELY adopted the same attitude to the paying customer, fail to get the message and ultimately cost the company money...) In ANY service industry, the attitude and demeanor of the 'point of contact' service staff with the customer IS EVERYTHING to the customer's experience. (UNHAPPY or DISCONTENTED staff make for compromised customers...) In this case, VIRGIN seem to be quite ahead of the curve... I've watched and enjoyed quite a few of your videos, including interviews with service-staff like housekeepers, entertainers and even a tattoo artist!!! IN EVERY CASE, the employees seem to APPRECIATE and RESPECT the benefits that The Company provide them. (Interesting to note that yourself and the staff you've interviewed all work EXTREMELY bloody hard and NEVER consider that THEY THEMSELVES are 'on holiday' in the fashion that the paying customer is... DESPITE enjoying the same amenities when that is appropriated and permitted... They NEVER exploit those permissions. THAT LINE is never crossed.) STAFF take their attitude from those who manage them. (If staff are valued and respected, THAT'S the approach they'll take with the customer...) SAYING ALL OF THAT, there's no question that SOMETIMES staff might have to be taken to task if they are falling short of certain expectations... BUT there is a way of doing that RATHER THAN blame or COMPROMISE the service worker, such as attempts to solve the problem of why that employee may be under-performing... (I COULDN'T DO THE JOB YOU DO!!!!) And AS YOU'VE SAID, it took YOU quite a while to adapt to the conditions, work load and strictures... (But you obviously did... Respect.) Not EVERYONE might adapt as well. (Some employees obviously don't and need to be steered toward a different career avenue...) As in, "This IS NOT for you and we're letting you go." (Management have THEIR JOB to do as well...) You should SERIOUSLY consider Management/Staff training as a career. (I can't believe that Virgin haven't suggested this to you by now!!!) xx SF
Hi Lucy, I'd like to so, sooo much thank you for this video. I'm at a crossroads in my career life, meaning I'd like to find a job I like in a Company I respect and am proud to work for and, at the same time, be surrounded by nice people. I'm going to send them my CV and keep my fingers crossed. 🤞❤
It’s good to know why you prefer to work on Virgin ships. As a passenger, I have an opposite take about their product. 1. Overpriced 2. Dead boring itineraries (Caribbean) 3. So much pretense. 4. Inadequate open space, miserable pools. 5. Suite class first - same old, same old.
Lucy, based on your intelligent explanations, I can tell Virgin Voyages would be great to work for AND cruise on. What about Royal Caribbean -- are their standards as high in all areas as Virgin Voyages? (I think my favorite sport of roller skating may be better accommodated on Royal Caribbean.:)
Wonderful video - we are cruising mega rock star shortly out of miami - should we plan on tipping our roadie? I feel like we should but maybe not given the no tip policy ? TIA
Hi Lucy you are a true ambassador for virgin voiages! in March next year I'll clock up 19 years service up with Accor ; I work at the Novotel Brisbane Southbank in Housekeeping ; I was just thinking while watching your video st 345am after a public area's night shift how very rarely you hear staff offering glowing public praise for their employer as you ALWAYS do in your videos. But also how much I have to be thankfull for as well. Looking back on how many in our industry lost their jobs world wide through no fault of their own inor their employers either in 2020 I have been extraordinarily fortunate to have worked right through 2020 and my hours have actually increased to the point where I'm working 35+hours a week which in Australia is near on full time. I'm also very close to paying out my morgage and that would have been an impossible dream with out the employment security I've had with Accor for so long. I also know I work with some very special humans who , even though I can leave at the end of the day unlike your self and your team are still a second family to me! as lets face it- we spend more time at work than at home anyway? Right But I too can genuinely say I do love my job the people and company I work for and that the industry and it's people have been very VERRY good to me! And I truly realise how fortunate I am to be where I am in life! For all I wouldn't consider leaving my hotel on land for a ocean Bbased job- namely as I know I wouldn't cope working 7 days a week. Virgin sound like a pritty good employer and I've said it before but will do so again THAT THEY are very lucky to have YOU Lucy as a dedicated loyal employee. As always keep the content comming😁 David Young 37 Brisbane Australia "The oopinion described in the above UA-cam comment and it's contence are my personal views alone. Hence these SHOULD NOT in any way be considered the views of my employer Accor"
Hi Lucy, I’ve watched a big slew of your vids and I must tell you that you do such a delightful job portraying VC that I am certain to cruise Virgin next summer. And if we have anyone as personable as you are, I’ll be double impressed. Thank you for the time you take to share with all of us sailors and wannabes. Now my question, does Virgin hire married couples and healthy 60 y/o??
hello Lucy. I like the videos. One more you might like to share is - What you do after your contract us uo. What do you do between contracts? If you have a contract on Virgin for nine months, you most likely don't have an apartment -- so how does that work after you leave your ship? Pete in San Francisco
Hi.. Love your videos.. Do you know anything about the apprentice purser position? There is not content about it, I was thinking about applying to this position cause I worked with acounting.. kisses from Brazil, love your videos!
Hi Lucy. I'm really inspired by your videos. I'm two years away from my mortgage being paid off, so perhaps cruising is in my cards. The situation I have is that I am currently 50 years old and a teacher. I'm also a very big guy, but healthy. Do you think I will be able to get a job on a cruise line or do they only want slim people who are younger?
I worked on a ship for a year , everybody is welcome , and I found that it's an environment where everyone is ageless, size does not matter .. it's just not a thing like on land. Going through interview process and preparing can be expensive but once you become staff it's fairly easy to renew your contracts. Good luck
Nieces and nephews are the best because you can 'borrow' them, take them out and have fun, then let their parents worry about raising them responsibly.
Hi Lucy, just a quick question regarding Virgin.. does Virgin do shore excursions? Like do they have an excursion team onboard as well? If you have any idea or know anyone from the travel team I'd like to know what their itinerary is like.
Hello Lucy, love your videos! Thank you for sharing your experience 🥰Quick question, do you know if Virgin/harding hires people from Colombia? Thanks in advance ☺
i really like your videos, im a musician and i´ll aply soon to hopefully get a gig on cruise ships, i know there are many channels of musicians on cruise ships but i´d like to see you point of view and advices, could you make a video on that topic?
Just wondering Lucy, I just found this video and you made it 8 months ago, I was wondering if the crew is still allowed in what other lines call "passenger areas"?? I had seen on a different video by another creater that they changed that ruling and crew were no longer allowed in the restaurants etc. Thought maybe you could please clarify this. Thanks heaps ❤
I'm right there with you on the "no kids" aspect. Glad you are liking being on the ship. Hope you are still on your contract when I sail. Would be great to meet you in-person.
Maybe a video on recommendations for people cruising solo would love to hear that from a crew prospective just like any tourist type place the people that know the area best are the locals/crew usually
Heyyy! I've been binge watching your videos tonight, I'm a licensed massage therapist in Michigan work at an Aveda salon. Also 2x certified microblading artist & microneedling technician. I'm contemplating applying to do massage on a ship. Have you worked with any other male therapists on board, if so have they been successful? I'm a little skeptical as I am a former hotel manager of 10 years & left hospitality to do spa work.
Enjoy your videos. No interest in working for a cruise line, but learn so much about cruising. Could Virgin have better advertising? What are some of your favorite ports and places visit and/or eat while in port.
I saw on the internet news yesterday that the company in charge of the shops on Virgin is not renewing their contract. A new company will be coming in. Will you be getting a job with the new company?
I've worked at really good employer and thought I won't be able to work anywhere else! I know the feeling Lucy. There is a big reason submariners get really good food.
Hi Lucy i started following you last week and you've made me feel like i have experienced being on board. How do i apply as a bartender on virgin cruise if i am in South africa.
Hey It was nicely explained. I wanted to ask you a question ⁉️ Is bread allowed for crew ? And can we cross train From Housekeeping department to Security department? If a crew is having a Experience of Security with airlines ? It will be helpful for me!!!!
Sounds like they pay special attention to a level playing field for employees which makes for happier employees and which in turn makes for happier guest.
I think Richard carries the same mentality of his other Virgin company to this one. If treats tbe employees well they will in return be more loyal, happy and better at their jobs.
I have never even considered a cruise, but maybe Virgin after hearing how they treat their staff. The whole idea of hierarchy and staff as servants is abhorrent to me but seems embedded into other cruise lines and expected by the clientele.
“Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.” Quoted by Richard Branson 😍😍🙌🙌🙌
If only more businesses knew that. 👍
When people ask me why I love Virgin to sail on, one of the first things I say is that it is the happiest crew I've ever seen onboard any ship!
Yes Sir Richard obviously has found what makes employees feel valuable and that translates in great guest experiences. Rather simple formula. I applied to Virgin Voyages because of you and your videos. I got a job offer, set to start on March. I hadn't even watch that video before and now that i do as a future crew, makes me so happy i could cry. Thank you!
Thats amazing. Are the requirements high?
Do you have the link or website where you applied.
I’ve been aboard 3 times now, can’t wait till my 4th… and one thing I’ve always felt is that their crew seems genuinely enthusiastic… and from that it allows the crew to pour more energy back towards the sailors.
Me too. Going on my 3rd and 4th valiant lady cruise this year
You are a great resource for Virgin, I hope they realize that!!

@@761jared Was it more of a lively atmosphere? Parties?
@@Invertmini1212 There are parties that are held in some of the venues. Also, there is a pajama party at the pool on the first night, and a Scarlet night toward the end, but it was also quiet when you weren’t in those areas. It can be as lively or quiet as you want, but nothing too crazy happens, in my opinion. Just people having fun, but they are easily avoidable.
Hi Lucy,
Wow vegetarian food too yeahhhh 😁🙏🏼
Yes especially for me … it can break or make .
As a mere sailor (who is back on Valiant in 6 weeks for the 2nd time in 2 months, the first time went down with Covid on the 2nd night) a couple of comments
I hope the pay is decent, I assume your costs as cheaper.
THAT LINE is never crossed.)
STAFF take their attitude from those who manage them.
(Some employees obviously don't and need to be steered toward a different career avenue...) As in, "This IS NOT for you and we're letting you go." (Management have THEIR JOB to do as well...)
You should SERIOUSLY consider Management/Staff training as a career. (I can't believe that Virgin haven't suggested this to you by now!!!)
xx SF
I chose to not use any virgin products in the 90 as they were so bad so interested to hear how long you stick with the company.
Best of luck! Hope to see you onboard!
It’s good to know why you prefer to work on Virgin ships. As a passenger, I have an opposite take about their product.
1. Overpriced
2. Dead boring itineraries (Caribbean)
TIA
Tell us how you really feel 😜
I'm glad you are happy at Virgin!!!
As always keep the content comming😁
David Young 37 Brisbane Australia
"The oopinion described in the above UA-cam comment and it's contence are my personal views alone.
Hi Lucy! Today I booked an 8 day cruise in February on the Valiant Lady out of Miami. Will you be on board? My wife and I will stop by to say hi!
Good luck
Hey, love your channel btw!! But why would you ever consider eating in the Mess for free, if the speciality restaurants are also free?
I think she said something like they weren't supposed to every night. Why have a crew mess at all?
Keeping it real…as always! “Kids are adorable when they’re adorable. And they’re not when they’re not” 🤣
Nieces and nephews are the best because you can 'borrow' them, take them out and have fun, then let their parents worry about raising them responsibly.
Thanks in advance ☺
i really like your videos, im a musician and i´ll aply soon to hopefully get a gig on cruise ships, i know there are many channels of musicians on cruise ships but i´d like to see you point of view and advices, could you make a video on that topic?
or some interview specificly with a guitar soloist singer, repertorie, cons and pros, that kind of things, Thanks in advance.
Would you do a video about how much the Captain is removed from the crew members, the protocol of his position with everyone?
Just wondering Lucy, I just found this video and you made it 8 months ago, I was wondering if the crew is still allowed in what other lines call "passenger areas"?? I had seen on a different video by another creater that they changed that ruling and crew were no longer allowed in the restaurants etc. Thought maybe you could please clarify this. Thanks heaps ❤
I'm sailing on the Valiant Lady over Halloween. Can't wait to try out Virgin Voyages for the first time.
I'm right there with you on the "no kids" aspect. Glad you are liking being on the ship. Hope you are still on your contract when I sail. Would be great to meet you in-person.
Is the sound in the background waves?
I’ve heard it in your videos before.
Maybe a video on recommendations for people cruising solo would love to hear that from a crew prospective just like any tourist type place the people that know the area best are the locals/crew usually
Thanks a lot. What requirements are there for virgin and for your ship?
Hi Lucy i wonder can i work as a beauty therapist on with Virgin or i have go with one worls spa.thank you
Hi Lucy. Would you recommend skipping the whole London wellness and just trying to get a massage therapist job with virgin voyages?
Also, great video thanks for all the info!
Lol when you said sailors, I was like, but I thought it was ok to get with the crew. Forgot sailors were the guests.
Awesome.
Hi miss lucy, when is the virgin voyages will have its hiring in the Philippines?
I saw on the internet news yesterday that the company in charge of the shops on Virgin is not renewing their contract. A new company will be coming in. Will you be getting a job with the new company?
I've worked at really good employer and thought I won't be able to work anywhere else! I know the feeling Lucy.
There is a big reason submariners get really good food.
That will do for me! The 1st one!
No Brats!
Single cabin!??!? Whaaat!? Is there any other cruise line that offers that? Of course once you get that you don't wanna get back ever again!
I think there are other ships that offer single cabins to entertainment staff and officers
IS there a link besides linkedin to apply to work for virgin voyages
Just wondering would you say that the food in the mess is really bad on all 250 odd ships out there.
With all of what you consider PERKS, is your salary less vs other ships though?
yes , your monetary salary is less than on land because you don't have to pay for a place to live, food, electricity, health care, transportation, etc
@@emmib1388 I meant vs other ships
how is the wifi quality onboard? is the kind thats free and slow, or free and limitless in terms of data speed and site blocking etc
Hi Lucy i started following you last week and you've made me feel like i have experienced being on board.
How do i apply as a bartender on virgin cruise if i am in South africa.
Were you working onboard when they were filming The Bachelorette?
Hey
It was nicely explained.
I wanted to ask you a question ⁉️
Is bread allowed for crew ?
And can we cross train From Housekeeping department to Security department? If a crew is having a Experience of Security with airlines ?
It will be helpful for me!!!!
Hey can you do a video about what first timer crew member should and should not bring for there first contract. Especially female.😰
check her old videos -- she may have done that already
She makes videos about everything.
Sounds like they pay special attention to a level playing field for employees which makes for happier employees and which in turn makes for happier guest.
I think Richard carries the same mentality of his other Virgin company to this one. If treats tbe employees well they will in return be more loyal, happy and better at their jobs.
I got the interview for princess cruises, any advice i should be given to win the interview?
Thanks. :)
On our virgin Voyage, the employees did seem very happy .
So what’s your reason for now currently working for Royal Caribbean again? 😅😅
I have never even considered a cruise, but maybe Virgin after hearing how they treat their staff. The whole idea of hierarchy and staff as servants is abhorrent to me but seems embedded into other cruise lines and expected by the clientele.
Does anyone know which is better to work for Royal Caribbean or the Norwegian cruise line? And why?
If I may ask. Do Virgin hire South Africans? Also I'm 42 years old, would I be hired?
I have a random question if someone wants to work as an excursion worker on cruise ships do you have any tips?
Hi I need help for you for my interwar what can you say for one how's going to have zoom interwar plz thank you 🙏
Can you eat n the guest areas any?
What position do u have now?Glen
