The mom has admitted her misplaced anger and the fact that she found her mom dead. Thats possibly a reason for her behavior towards her children.
That’s still not an excuse for how she treated her children , she probably did the best she could but it wasn’t enough her children needed more that what she could give them and then she also gave them trauma as well and it shows in Malikas behavior,the way she speaks to her children is a result of her past trauma and she needs to own up to that as their mother and apologize those kids don’t owe her anything because at the end of the day she made those she was the parent In the situation and if you wanted for your kids you should’ve did better instead of blaming for the way that they are.
Her mother is what we call a G HOWEVER as a protective mom myself you gotta know when to let your kids sink or swim. They will learn one day. When you're fighting with them to do right, your approach much completely change. Its hands off and much prayer. God bless yall❤

You respect your mother period. Doesn’t mean you have to stick around for it but usually theres childhood trauma that they’ve never gotten help with. I don’t have the best relationship with my mother but I will forever respect her because shes ny mother.

You can tell from the what the mother shared that her daughter and her partner, and the things they've done, have brought drama and trouble to their door, and momma went into protection mode. I truly think that she put herself on the line to protect and combat for her child. You can't ask for the beast to be released for the fight and then want it settled after the attack. Like she said some things we have to handle on our own, and she needs to let her daughter handle and sort the mess that she makes, and mom just needs to pray for her protection and share her love and guidance but allow her to walk that walk. Sometimes children need to learn the hard way and the results or faults of their actions.
The mother is a sick and damaged person. She has no credibility. She is a troubled person and needs immediate mental health care. She didn't raise her children.

These bad mother daughter relationships are so sad, i lost my mom at 17 and now at 35 i wish i could see or touch,laugh with my my mom just 1 more time and i appreciate the tome and great relationship i had with her.love on your mother if she is still here you only get one and when they transition that time is over until the next lifetime
I feel her mom!! Me & my mom don’t have the best relationship but she’s definitely going to be there FOREVER! And the fact the daughter wouldn’t let her mom TALK at the beginning shows a lot. She didn’t want her mom to tell what was really going on. The daughter and her “fiancé” done had to stay with her mom & some more stuff. Not on the streets, but with her MOM! I’m so happy the mom was able to tell her side, you’d think she was a monster listening to the daughter.

Whew I needed to see this today. I'm so like this with my 22 yr old twin girls.... meaning: Going so hard for them n will the most n will go Awf like crazy about them n my grandsons. Twins had to tell me mom, we appreciate all your love but u gotta pipe down some...Cause I go to 1000 quick if they call me with something. I had to PRAY HARD ABOUT MY TEMPER when it came to them & ask God for self control...n realize I can get myself hurt. So I'm much calmer.
