- 1918 - 2018. Built in 1918, Memoral Flight's Spad XIII (and the only original airworthy Spad in the world), did a flyby along with the French Rafale fighter.
A hundred years of history in one flyby that took place during the 2018 edition of the annual La Ferté-Alais airshow.

I have an 80% scale Spad 13, powered by a Rover 4.2 Alum V8 ( mini HISSO); about 99.44%complete !almost ready to fly... !!! Located at Love Field,Prescott AZ...!!! For all the talk at various WW1 sites, mine is the only one that I know of ready to fly. Most enthusiasts are still pontificating about trivial bull shine and hence like Congress or House of Commons will be still be talking all the way thru ARMAGEDDON...!!! It took me 35 yrs of thinking ,drawing ,rethinking,redrawing till at last we are here...!!!
