  • Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area supports a surprising diversity of wildlife, including desert tortoise, Gila Monsters, rattlesnakes, birds and much more.
The Mojave Desert ecosystem is an amazingly complex web of life, with plant, insect and animal life all interdependent on each other.
Species here include wild horse and burros, Mojave Green rattlesnake, Panamint rattlesnake, pacific tree frog, tarantula hawk, Chuckwalla and many more.
This video is an excerpt from the 4K Theater Film shown daily at Red Rock Canyon Visitor just outside Las Vegas, Nevada. RRCNRA is operated by the Bureau of Land Managment and supported by Southern Nevada Conservancy, a non-profit that creates opportunities to discover, enjoy and understand public lands.
