I think that was the plan at first because the braid was too neat.I don't know how we arrived here lol but its still cute and looks like her hair.
This is perfect even if you are able to wear your own hair in this style. I'd do this if I want to wear a fro style Daily and for a prolonged period of time, while protecting my own hair.

Leaving your hair out to the air damages it and you would have to be applying product daily to moisture it etc. I would definitely do this as it will allow me to have the natural look without damaging my actual hair. Great Job. Love it!!

When Wht women or Asn wear wigs and hair pieces, I never ever see them going for afro kinky hair. They always go with hair that is similar to their own hair texture and looks natural.

The model is beautiful. I mad I watched the entire video for this hairstyle. That’s an Afro. She already had a lot of hair. I don’t see what’s so special about this and it took a while to do.
It may not be in your favor but someone who do not have a lot of hair like she does might be happy for this to see how they can get an afro using the crochet method.

Good job; my only advice is the braid style in back... I always connect them...braid first one all the way down. When you get half way or 3/4 down on second braid connect previous braid and finish braiding down...keep doing this with next
