I made one of these chicks using my sewing machine since I don't own a hot glue gun. It worked perfectly and just eyeballing the cuts also worked easily. I filled it with dry lentils, sewed it shut, then opened the seam on the top to insert batting. Super fast and cute! I'd like to have a family of them for next Easter! Thanks for the darling idea!

My kiddos love stuffies, especially as gifts for the holidays. I was looking for a way to save money while using up my scrap fabric pieces and BAM I found this vid. It's perfect! These come together super quickly, they are adorable and they use very little stuffing. I'm making one for every child I know. Thank you :)
