I support REDD. Without a sufficient amount of forests, the world and its climate will only get worse instead of better.

It is a game played by developed countries to cover their high-level of emission by compensating developing countries to preserve their forest. It is ineffective solution and does not help mitigate climate change itself. It is only a form of emission transfer.

Great Idea, but I have one question. How are you planning to distribute all that tax money to the land owners when one of the greatest problems of deforestation is caused by the lack of property rights in South America, espcially Brazil, Bolivia and Peru?
only this issue would need a drastic land reform in those countries. And this kind of reform historically have been correlated with socio economic conflicts.

But how did you end up with the name REDD desk? That means something completely different for a lot of musicians and producers, and in fact Abbey Road Studios has just released a plugin version of their REDD desks, so there are probably going to be a lot of UA-cam videos with "REDD desk" in their title in the weeks to come.
Is this just a bizarre coincidence, or was it a deliberate piggy back on the famous REDD desk?
Solving the deforestation problem is good! I wish success for this project.
