We need a cross over now since the MCU version of The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) did actually kill while playing Shane, a character named Otis (Pruitt Taylor Vince) in The Walking Dead. Now that actor is playing Jonathan Kent, Superman's adoptive father in James Gunn's new Superman film. So it's now meta-headcanon for me that The Punisher killed Superman's Pa' Kent and broke bad by immediately shaving his head and gaining a blood-lust right afterward!!! Supes gonna have to punish Frank Castle. I wonder if he will have his buddy Guy Gardner (Nathan Fillion), aka *Castle* , help him do it
From my perspective, this movie could be considered a sequel to man of steel, only that they recast everyone and ignored BvS and JL. The same as the Batman feeling like a real sequel to the dark knight than the DKR.
