Thank you for making this video. Many Kpop fandoms including my own BTS have been infiltrated for years by false accounts which are really run by different companies, countries’ troll farms, political ideologies, etc. These accounts don’t do anything to really support the group but intersperse posts about the group in with disinformation about their real cause. At this time it’s out of control & ARMY has scattered. Hopefully real humans who are ARMY will reunite when BTS returns. 🙏🏽

true and i personally took a break from X, i just look once a week to see if there is any news. i think many army´s do the same so now it may seem like we are outnumbered and some might be out og social media and dont even know about j-hopes album. or maybe they are saving to BTS return.
i have bought j-hopes album and waiting for the other albums and singles i know the members planned a lot but recently it has been less maybe one thing a mouth so it makes taking time off from X a little easier. so that could be some of the reasons for this change. i am not saying that multis and solos are not ruining it too, because they are. but i hope many is just like me.
i am old and tired of drama i hate the anti´s on X it breaks my heart seeing the members getting attacked but i wont answer back because i will never be able to convinse that they are wrong. so there is no use anymore i have tried before. and eng is not my first language so it makes it a little harder

And I support JHope wholeheartedly, buying and listening to his music. On the street is really good. I endorse number 5 as well. Thanks for your explanation. Way back when I entered "Koreaboo-ness", idols were plastic dolls, all more or less the same. The hip thrusts and aegyo meant nothing, Now with the Lives and shows like Suchwita and In The Soop, idols are suddenly HUMAN! As an unashamed SIiver ARMY, I like it better this way.

I'm an older lady in the U.S. and lately I've been on social media less and less because I cannot stand all this nonsense. I'm really disheartened that man/woman-kind stoops so low. It really makes me feel like this entire world is in deep trouble if we can't come together and be supportive of each other. Hate begets Hate. So terribly sad that we live in such a hateful world. I will also continue to listen to Who I like, When I like, and How I like...and though you asked not to mention names or groups, I will just say that my "like" includes BTS - all 7 members and I will support J-Hope, and Jung Kook on this effort and all the other BTS members in their efforts as well.
Anyway, I'm just one little old soul but I want to tell you I thoroughly enjoy your videos. You do your research, you present all sides fairly, and you present the information well. Thank you for that!

BTS has nothing to do with political gain. I hate it when they forcing their political "humanitary coated" view to ARMY fanbase. Same happening to namjoon when he got the false accuse scandal. But thank God namjoon stand on his ground and not apologizing. I hope Jhope also stand his ground. Because he works on music, not political issues.

The last "palestine" campaign lashes out against all Big3 and HYBE.
(and anyone seen with a Starbucks cup).
I found it funny that (at least part of it) started the moment the new HYBE group dropped - like the HOUR it did.
TWS still managed to get "suspicially" up on Melon and even managed to win a (or two?) show award.
But they got more hate for that.
So definetly campaigning - possibly from a label of a "smaller" artist(s).
      Whatever.
It is not as big as painted and definetly a campaign against them all.
And definetly not only against HYBE.
(even f I find it funny how often SM was/is not called out on what they do their own artists - but this is an entirely different thing)

Friends, remember if you are the STAR and Popular you get all the attention thats the reason BTS is always their target because other groups cant get as much attention as our BTS. Why do you think so many reactions about BTS content. I've heard vloggers ( different channels) who were asked why do they feature just BTS..... They (vloggers) said" if we react to other groups we don't get a lot of views."
"That's why we react more about BTS and besides we have more requests from ARMY so why would we spend our time with other groups if we can't get views".

Whenever I go through social media and find something intriguing, I wonder if that was even true or not. But I end up not giving a damn and continue liking BTS anyway. I installed X to get faster updates but was disgusted to see the toxicity happening in there, like, don't these people (with fake accounts duh) have better things to do? Do they really dedicate their daily life spreading hate, like how do these people even earn a living? Haha. I appreciate the wisdom you share and hopefully younger audiences can be more thoughtful of what they see online. I'll do what I can to support BTS, streaming their work both as a group and as individuals etc. I believe their sincerity with their music will outlast all the hate being thrown against them. More power to your channel, salute!

Excellent video again. Note particularly 7:59 and following. We have seen this tactic used on a world-wide scale since 2020 in particular. Having known quite a few people who had firsthand experiences with Hitler (survived the worst concentration camps, or were in Europe during the war) I was immediately aware of these tactics being used. Since it worked, it continues to infiltrate so many areas of society in general. Thank you for pointing it out and raising awareness for all of these tactics.

What have you done to help people in your own country? I suspected some of this outrage is fake. Thanks for letting me know where it is coming from. I'm especially suspicious of people collecting money for protest trucks.
You get certainly more money than you need for it - so why not keep the rest? or set out to scam multiple fandoms?
I especially found one interesting that didn't even explain which BTS member they were "defending".
Did they scam multiple solo fan groups for it?
      I think so.

Having been through a few cycles of this style of ‘indoctrination’ and having fallen for it before I am now very wary of any movement that tries to inspire a black and white moral frenzy in me. The truth actually sits very heavy on the soul, leaving you with a clearer understanding of the problem whereas these tactics prey on your emotions, making you anxious, angry and emotionally discombobulated.

I'm so very tired of people (fans) jumping on any bandwagon to destroy another group. And for the content creators who spread the hate.
Thank you for your video clearing these issues up.
If you dont like a group. Don't listen to them. That is the best negative thing you can do. The second best thing you can do is listen to the group you like. Trying to boycott just leads to their fandom increasing their listening. Its best not to say anything see? You also increase the hate that is aimed at the group you like harming them. You are detrimental to your own fandom.
Eventually you discredit yourself. Who wants to follow or continue to listen to negativity and hate?
Eventually you will get sued for defamation and lose much of your own property/money. I don't wish this on anyone but you'd deserve every bit of it if you are lying.

I'm finally getting to all the videos I've missed. This is a super good point. I do tend to believe that if I see an article that says "The fans are freaking out!". It's not a lie, 2 people could be freaking out or maybe 100. But out of ~90m Army, you have to provide me with more of a case. Anything over 75% of engaged Army could cause me to really look closer. That's "most".
However, it's easy to start that snowball rolling down the hill. Media has and always will be a money making machine, yet we are still conditioned to listen when something big comes up.
I always tell people to remember: Controversy sells.
There is big money to be had spreading malicious rumors not to mention all the other ways a smear campaign can benefit someone else.
Idk why I write so much.

i remember korean labels doing it with BTS they even talked about it in the book. and also i heard TXt got boycut from shows because of relations with BTS and also le serrafim that got way out of control.
but funny enough it didn´t make an effect on their success so far. they are trying really hard now using these tactics, but after Hybe got so much power and credit as a label it does not have the same effect as it used to, so they are trying so hard.
the only agency i never hear anything about is SM and jyp. YG had some scandals recently but the other two has nothing. because Hybe dont do the same dirty tricks they use. jyp for instance is the only label who is not on weverse that alone is a red flag to me. they would rather take down the competition that is Hybe instead of sharing a platform.

Wow....looks like mostly HYBE artists, could be wrong but looks mostly like HYBE artists they're going after. I hope in cases like this, the K Pop industry comes together, because all of this would benefit the western industry to have the K Pop industry go away or fandoms fighting each other. With K Pop fighting each other, the western industry doesn't have to, they can sit back and watch the "fighting" and set their sights to the top, something more meaningful. It's crazy how bad the tactics have gotten, never mind the hard work, long hours the artists put, let's just be like little kids, tell lies and hope everybody blindly follows. My opinion, the K Pop industry puts way too much weight on "words", the minute anything negative comes out on an artist, the artists come under fire from the company "fans", media and then it turns out sometimes to be completely false and the artists has lost their job (way of living), their dream, but no, lets keep going people, lets ruin more lives. FANDOMS, wise up, don't fall for everything, don't join every fight without KNOWING the facts. It's so bizarre to me how much of the past is brought up, front and center in the K Pop industry, like nobody else has a past of mistakes, like they've never made a wrong decision? As corrupt as the industry is as a whole and yet they go after the artists, really? Hate? Wow....if a person really HATES someone, they really don't have ANY love for themselves and put all their time and effort into destroying someone else's happiness, only because they don't love or respect themselves. The crazy thing is, the fan(s) helping to destroy other artists, if a group of people came at them the way they go after artists, they wouldn't last a week with so much pressure being put on them, having to defend themselves ALL the time. AGREE, accountability!!! WELL SAID!!!

Even netizens boycotting for the "right" reasons are in the wrong and cheapening their own cause. Making a fuss about an idol drinking Starbucks, forcing your own beliefs and expectations of behavior on someone else, creating controversy and comment wars. It's not bringing awareness to whatever cause netizens are trying to advocate. It's cheapening the cause and the entire conversation becomes about the idol and not about the cause itself. Everyone's takeaway isn't that Starbucks is bad or which side is right, but rather than so-and-so idol did something to make fans angry. Cancel culture is getting ridiculous. Idols can't sneeze without an outcry that their sneeze offended a fan because they sneezed into their right elbow, which is sacred to the fan's culture and the idol should have sneezed into their left elbow, and known about this and been sensitive to other people's culture despite not being from that culture that accounts for .0000000001% of the world's population. Like, c'mon.

Thank you for this video. People are allowed to have opinions that we may not agree with and no amount of bullying is going to change that. I don't agree with many people I work with on serious issues, but I cannot demand that they be fired because of their beliefs. There are laws that prevent that. And no, morality does not get rid of legality. I can totally disagree with someone, but understand that they are entitled to their opinion just as I am mine. I focus on what I can realistically do to be effective. I would never advocate something that I would consider unfair if the situation was reversed. BTS will be just fine as they have fans who will always support them. I am one of them. Maybe the ones who are disappointed or have issues with what BTS are doing should find other artists to enjoy. When I am not interested in something, I give it no attention or energy. Trying to bully others never works because people do not like bullies. It always backfires badly.

And yes they don't want Kpop any other non English groups getting into their charts unless they can make money out of them. eg under the table payments to USA Radio Stations. The USA music industry doesn't want groups/artist from other countries doing well with the USA unless they agree to sign with an American Entertainment company so they can rake a profit off them. It's all about these US Dollars.
It's the nature of the industry it doesn't mean American artists might not want to work with artists from other place's but their companies will only allow it if they see it as advancing the US artist and therefore the US music companies.

People in power, such as CEOs, especially need to receive backlash when they make bad decisions. Lee Soo-man, Jay Park and Scooter Braun have all done many of the things they have been accused of. It is important to call it out, especially when there is a pattern of behavior that could be harmful to other people like those younger or more vulnerable than you. There needs to be a balance.

How? By giving 46k qrt wishing him r4pe, calling him women over 1 single encore performance where his in ears are not even working, people even can't hear anything bcz of loud cheer ,I don't think any other idol has to go through this kind of hate train except jimin , he was singing it right way but backtrack and his voice was in two different places bcz he can't hear anything,
It's only BTS where kpop fandom will collectively come together to hate on most brutal way and 24 hr later act like it never happened and use the same drag again and again,
They filled the chart with sa joke on him and made official acc delete it and lie that hybe is editing his performance as if hybe is not a fucking outsider in industry and BTS were thrown out of nominations multiple times without explanation

First of all, Armys were boycotting hybe, not the artists. Second, it was requested by the Palestinian armys themselves. Third, i myself agree that religion and politics should be kept out, but this isn't a political issue, it's a humanitarian issue, innocent ppl are d!eing. Those brands are investing & supporting Isr@el. Openly supporting such a country is so immoral, i don't understand how you all see nothing wrong with that. Korea itself has a history of colonization, there are many koreans who are supporting Palestine. Even bts has talked about Palestine before, they'll never support you all. If you don't want to support those Palestinian armys, it's okay, but don't call them fake armys for standing up for their ppl. Just ignore if you can't help, that's the least you can do.

Tbh, I think activist armys have lost the plot on this issue long time ago. Seriously. It's not about not speaking up or not doing something, it's about focusing your efforts on things that matter. Believe me, sending a protest truck to Hybe does absolutely NOTHING to change things in Gaza. Instead, people should be organizing to protest governments supporting Israel, and AIPAC in the US. Those are the people who actually have a say in this whole mess. The protest trucks and idols cups of coffee are performative activism, I'm sorry.

@@RiotGrrrl10 And what made you think ppl aren't protesting?? 2 things can coexist!! Idols are influencers, brands are paying them & many teen fans follow them blindly, they try to copy everything they do & eat. Them using those products mean more addition in those brands & they're investing in Israel. Boycott is creating an impact, even if it's small. Plus, some idols who didn't know about the bds movement got to know about it bcoz we sent them emails informing them & they took action immediately. So don't say it's not doing anything. Their goal is to aware more ppl as possible & do things that can create impact not only directly, but indirectly as well. Plus, nobody's forcing you to participate, but ppl shouldn't harass those Palestinian armys & acs who're asking for it or comment on their efforts unnecessarily. We have the privilege to choose what we want to, it's their necessity rn.

@@YoursTAngel I agree with you when it comes to not harassing Palestinian armys. That's uncalled for. But if the whole effort is about awareness, I've seen next to nothing done about people directly responsible for the genocide and everything about protest trucks. Seriously, priorities! Two things can be done at the same time, true, but efforts and energy are not endless and should be focused way more on what can actually make more of a difference.

@@RiotGrrrl10 When did BTS openly talked about Palestine? I've never seen or heard direct political comments from them. They never had any statement on any geopolitical issues, even the Russo-Ukraine war or the frequent tensions between Japan and S Korea regarding their history. I remember one time RM showed fanarts from Palestine and Israel (quite a while ago) and he was accused in the comments for being pro-Israel. People just jumped into conclusions and assigning political roles to the idols just from one innocent action. So unless there're official statements/comments from BTS, you can't just assume what they think. Just saying. It's better to put your efforts and time to agencies that matter like your politicians or donor organisations instead wasting time boycotting idols like BTS' members who have no say in the conflicts in the world.
