I left my 11 yr relationship with my ex Narc almost two years ago. My health was suffering mainly the last 2 yrs with him. My hair was falling out, anxiety, high BP. I developed an auto immune disorder & a liaison on my breast. The last straw was a betrail in which I said “ I’m DONE!” I moved out that week. I had to leave behind my life ( home, dog, community, friends, family & grandkids.) I was doing ok & then lost my job. So I traveled for a year to get back to myself. Fast forward, I got a job, I moved far away so I wouldn’t be near him. We have had NO communication & until recently he had his daughter in law block me from their life @ seeing the grandkids. I have been through so much pain. But now I am determined to get back to having big blessings & take care of myself. I truly feel this is going to happen for me. I don’t know if I will ever speak to him again after all the crap he caused me to go through. I see him clearly now.
