It's my long time landlord's sister has come to town to settle his affairs. She is evil. She just wants to rent this side if the duplex for more money. When I said okay how much she told me you don't understand, I'll need to run a credit check etc. on you. What after all these years. After I helped extend her brothers enjoyment if life for years.
