You def want to put the mod on thick in order for it to work! The thicker the coat, the more protection. It always takes longer than what the bottle says, imo! But it looks great!! Love this pots too!
If you want to paint your pots and have a little texture buy some FolkArt Terracotta paint. I’m obsessed with the Obsidian color, but there are tons of options. This is what I paint my thrifted cashe pots with. It adheres well to pretty much everything and is durable. Most times I only need one coat as well.
I would LOVE to see a video of all your Epipremnums!! I got my first marble queen pole going and now I want to put every pothos known to man on a moss pole 😂

I take it way too serious now :') I look forward to the next video! I've saved my first pollen and hoping to use it this summer. Will be super educational for me :)

I have a besseae aff, which I never potted after I bought it, and it looks soooo sad... all my anthirium do lately, but I'm definitely motivated to give them some love and bring them back life! How about composting clips, as you do lots of repotting I think it will be more interesting to compost and reuse, lots cheaper and doesn't need much work or space and helps the environment 😊
This was a fun video. I enjoyed watching you do all the crafts but you definitely needed to let the green leaf dry out. I mean dry out, possibly town out. That’s when it’s dry. I’m afr add I’d you’re going to get more browning that might turn to rot. I hope not. The pots were so absolutely adorable. Painting them was a genius idea. Maybe next time, to keep them from sticking to the cardboard from sticking yo the pot, put dome Saran Wrap, or wax paper and tape it down. That might help keep it from sticking. And the two turned into three plants looked beautiful.

I love the leave idea, I’m totally going to try it 😊 I might test try on leave, Rust-Oleum matte clear enamel and see how effective it is. It would be nice to use a spray can lol

Thank you, carol. The leaf is starting to rot some so I think I didn't let it dry long enough. I know you can preserve fall leaves that retain color but this leaf still had a lot of water I guess so it isn't holding up. I'm going to see how it goes though.

Hello, I went to a botanical garden over the weekend and brought back a dragon scale. I have never been good at keeping plants alive but I decided to really try. Well now it’s getting brown spots. The soil was dry so I did water it when I got home. How can you tell if it was just from being under watered there or if it’s fungal? Thank you
It's hard to tell sometimes but usually if it's fungal it starts to spread more over the leaf and other leaves. Some can definitely spread fast. If I'm not sure I just spray it with a fungicide and keep an eye on it just in case.

Have you ever seen people dry and preserve flowers in silica beads? It’s supposed to dry things out but maintain the color! You should try that!!
