nice, I'll have to do a video on our building that houses our generator and all the disconnects. we have 1200 amps to the ct cabnet. three 225 disconnects to the generator. one hooked up but not being used. and room for two more pannels. we took all the pannels off the historic home and ran the house as a sub pannel. several other builds and the shop hooked up as well. we are building a servants home soon and that will use the 225 amp extra pannel. 3200 kw generac gen. 1000 gallon propane tank. next is running a solar network set up.
600amps and a CT cabinet in an ICF house. That is something I only see on houses over 6k sqft with full electric. Being an electrician I can't wait to see the lighting controls and other geeky gadgets you put in there.
Been waiting to see how the electrical will done on ICF and concrete walls. I’ve seen some videos where they just saw/dig a trench in the ICF and run the wires and set the boxes.
That is going to be one Hell of a property your going to have Mr Bealygood,& it’s great to follow your Journey.,don’t apologise & say your vids are a bit boring sometimes because they are not .Well done & good Luck….👍🇬🇧🤝🇺🇸

That Milwaukee hole punch looks nice. I’ve been using the hydraulic greenlee sets for decades and love them. The dyes hold up forever even on stainless cabinets. Let us know long term how that set holds up.
Don`tcha just love those long radius elbows! I had to install them on my rural electric co-op service too. Nice KO cutter - wish we had those 25 years ago. I remember NEC calls for conduit to be complete before wire install.
Mr Bealy Good - Sir…. Good to see you again - hope you’ve all had a really great Christmas 🎄 Another good job ticked off the list…. and that list must be getting shorter and shorter! Take care and stay safe.
I believe that up there on the other side of Raleigh from me, the forecast for New Year’s Eve runs from stunning, to downright incredible!! We so look forward to the NYE Bealy Good Farm Extravaganza!

When you are pulling the main power cables also pull TWO multimode OM3 Fiberoptic cables along. that way you have fiber optics at the front door. Plenty of people use that to hook up a security camera and video doorbell. Fiber has no issue in being next to high power cables
Greenlee makes punches like that, We just had the hand type that were amazing. Don't recall steel gauge limits. You can sharpen them up. ASIDE: After you run power thru all those various lug connections for a month or so. Go back and Re-torque them. They will get loose from the heat/cool cycling. This was something we did for many years, Then at new company [ as a consultant ] we got one of the Fluke IR meters [ has color display of temperature profile ] It was amazing how many lugs were loose and showed up as hot spots across the entire company. That was later in career and showed me it was smart to do that re-torque step. Looks like those guys did a good job from a trained eye. The Fluke IR tool might be worth your investment. I thought it would be good for home business to evaluate homes for heat loss and where to add weather stripping etc. Chris is on the hand shovel a lot. Funny you poking at him.
Your house build is absolutely amazing... Now... I hope at the end of this journey if you could, put together a time lapse from start to finish. Probably be a 2 hr time lapse...lol Thanks for sharing 👍
Hope you and your family had a great Christmas mr good. Happy new year to you all and looking forward to watching how you progress with your super house build. John 🏴
Great video Geoff, so many things happening, now with power coming, the boss will expect you in the house, working 24/7....lol...she wants her mansion..,have a Great Bealy Good Day 👋👍👍☀️🌞👋
I miss these longer format videos on the progress. The shorts are fine but remind me I would like to see more Bealy Good! Love the channel and congrats on electric.
Big house with big power. Tyler does nice work. I'm sure that's why Chris delegated him to trench for you. I rewatched the formadrain video where you were setting the MST bar. You posted that a year ago, Geoff. The house has come a long way and it's nice to see. Hope the weather holds out 'cause sharing NYE with y'all would be fun.
I like how you're planning to block the view of the exterior boxes with bushes, etc. Are you thinking of using solar power anywhere on the property? With a home this size It could help offset the energy costs. Best wishes for the New Year!
Another nice video Geoff Can tell you've thought this through. (Mostly in the middle of the night?)😀 Can never have enough capacity or pull tubes (Incl. low volt) throughout the house for future "things". (I always tried to do this for my clients & myself). Should be interesting when you power it all up. Better call the local power co. so they don't have a major surge!😂😂 The scene from Christmas Vacation comes to mind. What time is the live event supposed to start? Happy New Year to the Bealy Good Nation!
I think I would have used stainless cabinets in the pool area because of the corrosive nature of the area. All the pvc is fine I just wonder about the standard panel.
Chris has big repair bill coming from the Fred his new to him truck you best get the economy size jar of Vaseline out and have it Handy Geoff 😂😂😂 great video 600 amp system do you think you will have enough power 😂😂

what are you driving with 600 amps. regular house is 200amps. big house maybe 300amps . you said the pool is 200amps? I wanna see your first electricity bill for a full month
You have service potential to start your own radio station 4 ought electrical cable. I had a small station years ago 400 watt out put a little jury rigged outfit. You on the other hand could do a legal radio station 50,000watt AM if you have talent in that regard you could be the next Rush Limbaugh or you could be that red hat variety I try not to broach the subject directly .
Have you ever thought about the fact that water becomes less dense when it freezes? If it didn't there would be no fish in the North because the ice would go to the botto and kill all the critters thst live there.
You just like piles of dirt. Poor Chris gets rid of them all and u bring them back LOL. Nice that you put all the dirt back in the hole for Chris. What were the white bricks for ? That is a lot of electrical power Duke Power will like sending you bills every month. Have a Great 2025.
I don't see the ICF home consuming 600amps of electricity, if you install a ground loop heatpump for heating and cooling for every watt in to it 4watts out. If you use led lighting that a small electrical load, so I see your pool as the largest consumption point in your property. When you need CT for your electricity metering don't be surprised by your electricity bill!
Shots fired!! That ain't Chris he's holding a shovel! 😂😂lmao
When Jeff fires it all up, he's gonna make the lights up here in Canada go dim.
Have a merry happy one!
600 amps. Whew! That's a lot of juice. ⚡
They're going to need Chris to dig for oil to pay that bill.

I really like how you made that exterior 'nook' to place all the panels on. It virtually hides them from view. You seem to have really planned well.
So far, so good. Thank you!
@@BealyGood I may have missed it, but how did the white bricks get mixed in with the others? Will you paint/stain them?
@ we were playing around with layouts
WOW! That is enough power to feed a small factory!
Now it's getting to the good part Bealy, looks like you might make in that house by Christmas 2025!
Going to be a pain even with lube to push wire that far! 150’ with 200amp wire straight had to cut the pipe to pull it then re glue.
8:15 we used those in the Navy.
Another step closer to getting power in the Bealy Good castle! NIcely done by all the crew involved. Cheers
