I don't know if that is true about letting the stems dry before planting because I just plant them right after I take the cutting and they root well.

There is not the best method, just the most suitable one. You should follow the best way for your plants 🥰

Each one of the leaves she took off to expose the stem can also grow new plants, just place them on top of soil and they will root and grow , you can strip the whole stem and grow from each leaf for a fuller plant

Well.. I just repotted with fresh soil and I pot into a smaller terra cotta pot so it will grow more compact.
