Nice, my buddy has a successful TIG practice. I'm rounding the practice of obtaining my first Filler rod/tig Arc supply. I'm sort of a slow learner.. Thanx for the video blues brother

Won’t always see the slag if you bend it. Slag can bend in the middle of your weld. That’s the purpose of a nick break. However I should find a better way to

I always go crazy with the wire wheel, never been a problem
@@ktmturbo5836 I failed one. Went back with a razor wheel before the hot pass and had no issues after that. It was spray arc 2g.
@@RichGT350rthat’s wild. Would’ve never guessed it wouldn’t just get ate up
@@AustinHargett No Austin. I never got blended in. Shocked me. And it was a stainless wheel and a stainless weld. I learned a lesson on that one.
New fear unlocked

On target and visually understandable presentation. Thank you. 🙏🙏
Appreciate the feedback, glad you found it useful!
I blew a 3G test because of wagon lines and slag issues.
It was very disappointing to say the least. This video was as accurate as they get.
It happens to us all at some point. Thanks for watching!
Very cool video! Thanks! :)
Thanks for watching!

Simple, use a good welder and use 7018, forget 6013 when you begin. Its not just me that says that, lots think you should practice on 7018.
Sometimes i notice when i run over an old weld with a 6010 it looks like i hit a slag pocket.
CWI told us always use DCEN with 7018 and save DCEP for 6010 so I thought it was odd you mentioned DCEP.
I want what youre having because 7018 is a DCEP electrode

That’s wild to me 😅
7:13 i like when austin welds in my no-no zone ....
hahahaha only you

That shirt looks mighty fine. You kinda look like a white 2pac
