Dollywood August 2024 Vlog! Rides, New Dolly Parton Experience, Summer Celebration, Fireworks & More

Our newest vlog is FINALLY here! The MCV Crew is BACK AGAIN!
In early August, we visited one of our favorite theme parks in the world, Dollywood situated in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. The MCV Crew spent a gorgeous sunny Sunday at Dollywood and we had an amazing day together. We rode all of the roller coasters and we had some new riders! Lead Vlogger Jay, Parental Control Advisor Jessica, Asst. Parental Control Advisor Charlie, Junior Vlogger Tripp and Mascot Skylar rode most of the roller coasters in the park, excluding Lightning Rod but including rides on Dollywood's newest attraction, Big Bear Mountain!
We went to Dollywood for the Summer Celebration event which consisted of games, delicious food, Cornhole, Connect Four, and more. We experienced the brand new for 2024 Dolly Parton Experience at night which was absolutely breathtaking. Junior Vlogger Tripp and I take you on a special tour through each building and explore the exhibits. We learned more about Dolly's backstory and how she launched her musical career, rode some non-roller coaster rides such as Smoky Mountain Rampage, Barnstormer, Lumberjack Lifts, Drop Line, Rockin' Roadway, Dollywood Express and more. Lightning Rod was unfortunately closed the day we went, so Tripp and Charlie were sadly not able to experience the ride with the new chain lift, which gives us an excuse to return. Before park closing, we saw the Summer Dollywood's Sweet Summer Nights 3D Drone & Fireworks Show which is spectacular. What an amazing day we had at Dollywood and we look forward to returning again in the future!
