That's delightful news, Megh! We are so glad you were able to make something beautiful and long-lasting for your date for homecoming. And creating it yourself shows how much you care. Thank you for watching our show, and we hope you will join us again for more wearable flowers with Leanne.
Thank you for this video. I was literally in tear because I waited too long to order a corsage for my son's date and began to make my own. It was a disaster! Thanks again! I will be trying this.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Lola, and we are so glad to hear that the corsage instruction was helpful to you! Hope all went well with your flowers, and thank you for watching our show.
Very pretty! I love the ribbon idea! I’ve used both methods (wire/ hot glue); always wondered if the glue method held at dances? Is it as sturdy as wire?
That's an excellent question, Sakina! OASIS Floral Adhesive (also known as cold glue) holds very well and is very sturdy. We recommend it over hot glue for corsages as the flowers can come undone when you put them in the cooler after using hot glue. The secret to a successful bond when using OASIS Floral Adhesive is to go glue to glue. When you bond glue to glue, the hold is much stronger too. Thank you very much for taking time to watch our show today and we hope that you will join us again soon. The ribbon can have a light wire - nothing too heavy. Chiffon could work equally as well. If you are using a rose, it should be a flatter, more open head. A pointed bud will not sit correctly on the wrist.

Oh my lord... this is brilliant!!!!! So minimalist and amazing. I will follow the instructions which is to keep them cool and damp in a plastic container with wet paper towel in the fridge overnight.
This totally depends on the flowers that you use. Make a corsage ahead of time and test it. I always recommend testing new techniques and flowers before preparing them for a wedding......

Those are excellent questions, Mary! OASIS floral adhesive (or cold glue as it is known) is a better choice for affixing things to your wrist corsage. We don't recommend hot glue for this piece because it can come unglued if you put it into a cooler to preserve it. We also suggest giving the flowers time to dry to they will stick solidly to the ribbon. One tip to keep in mind is that glue to glue is the best way for things to adhere well. Hope this information proved helpful for you!
Does the oasis glue hold well? I’m afraid the flowers might fall out with the hands moving around.
Test it. Make a "glued corsage" and wear it all day. You will be amazed
I would like to publish videos of the decoration in glasses for wedding for a long time decorate a few drinks based on the only video that seems to me published and I was beautiful. I'm from Mexico
Good luck with your idea, Monserrat! We hope it works out for you. Thank you for watching our show, and we hope to see you again one of these days!

did you use real or fake flowers?
That's a great question! We are using fresh flowers for our wrist corsage although you could possibly use a silk flower too. Silk flowers and fresh flowers behave differently so it might be a different design. Thank you for watching our show and we hope to see you again soon!
There are no substitutes for the Oasis Floral Adhesive which was created just for flowers and will not harm flowers.
If you are interested in purchasing it, you can find it on our website: www.floraldesigninstitute.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_18&products_id=191

Thanks for the question and for watching our show! Oasis Floral Adhesive is available on our website: www.floraldesigninstitute.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_18&products_id=191
what will be a good thing to use if u don't want berries .
That's a great question, Lillie, and we hope you saw our earlier reply: perhaps consider using beads instead. We hope you will join us again soon for more wonderful and wearable floral design. Thank you for watching our show!
Try using beads.
Hope this suggestion was useful!
With real live flowers I know you need to use a floral adhesive, but with silk flowers is a glue gun okay?
Yes but, be careful. The hot glue might melt some delicate ribbons. Pan melt glue might be better, lower temperature.
The glue will last far, far longer than the flowers...
Hope this information was helpful!
