Great vid, just for your info in Scotland “fell running” is hill running and lakes are lochs or lochans (although the water in the pentlands are reservoirs) just so you don’t get shouted at by a Scot’s man. I say this as an English man who has lived in Scotland for 20 plus years 👀😂
Saw the fire in your eyes! Fells! Hit em up Dude. This scenary looks awsome. Typical scottish weather I think. Great insides. Still rememba… bettr 400g Pizza than weight of/in shoes… enjoy your journey man. Love the content.
Yeah they actually kept telling me that it was nice out so it must normally be pretty rainy/windy. And I would always rather have a 400g pizza than mud in my shoes, but I’ll gladly take both! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Do you follow a plan? I mean is weird all these log runs you do out of the blue - 20 miles, 30 miles, etc - Or you just go like "hey I want to run long today?" - Also how you weekly millage looks like Mon - Fri? With the little context we have from your videos, it looks a bit orthodox
No plan or coach. And my long runs are not my only runs throughout the week. My weekly volume is typically 40-50 miles with 10k+ vert. During the week I run on the treadmill to save time and be with the family. All my runs are logged in Strava if you wanna deep dive.

I love the highland cows so much!! 😍😍😍🐂
I was so stoked to see a few in person!
This Highland cows are crazy! Looks like a sweet route!
Right?! I didn’t expect to see that guy up there 😂😂 Such a fun route even without the views
Nice one! I always will imagined all the crap that could potentially get caught in those silly On shoes.
Yeah not the best environment for them. But back in Utah I’ve been loving them! Still not as silly as Hoka 😂😂
