if you're only hitting 28mph it's because you didn't adjust the speed limiter. i am a pretty big guy at 240lbs and my Q20 Pro goes 36 mph on flat. thing is a beast.
i just got myself a ridstar q20 pro too but some how the front wheel wont work need how to find out how to get it to work
I heard it’s in the settings. With the left controller it should be possible. You can also talk with the merchant on how to activate the front wheel hub. If nothing works, you might want to get a fix, replacement, or refund.
@@israel9350 everything work fine its just the front wheel that don't want to work.
@@BeeVang94there's a switch in the left side flick it up to turn front motor on. Right beside the green button that powers the rear wheel on and off

Using both batteries permanently I think 50 km and I think more if you use front and rear batteries individually 👍
Really ??!! Only 50 km in Assist mode? So, pedaling with the help of the motor 50 km on 40Ah??? I can not believe it. Where is the "180 miles in assist mode" that they advertise..

@@hubertkrzeszowski9410you get 20miles without assist on 52v around 31 with assist. I run it at 48v and gives me 40miles just throttle and around 60 Assist.
@hubertkrzeszowski9410 use the lowest gear(slowest speed) and pedal mainly and you'll get maybe 160

salut si tu parle français j'aurais aimé des renseignement j'ai vu se vélo la double moteur et batterie je suis de belgique peut tu me dire si il vaux la peine je fait 1m80 j'aimerais un peut pédalé sans que mes jambe remonte et comme j'ai des probleme au cocxys si la selle est quand mm bien et alors aussi si on peut faire beaucoup de kilomètre avec car j'aimerais allez a des distance de 75 klm et j'ai aussi des bonne monté part mon coté voila merci du retour si tu sais

Je mesure 1m72 et peut pédaler sans difficulté. Le gros problème de ce vélo est ça gestion du pédalage pour activer le moteur, qui faut 4 tours environs pour lancer le moteur. Je n'ai pas encore trouvé la solution dans les paramètres du vélo. En full électrique, je pense que le vélo peut aller jusqu'à 50 km de distance. Avec gestion avec des batteries à allure modéré peu être atteindre 60km. La grande avantages de ce bike et le couple avec ces deux moteurs qui permet de grimper les côtes vraiment facilement. Je pèse plus de 90kg 😅
@@K2LoupTV salut je fait 84kl j'ai vu sur le site qu'il était avec 2 batterie de chacune 20ah en 52v donc je me dis que avec chaque batterie il peut allée loin mais se que tu me dit pour le démarrage me fait peur avant que le moteur s'active bizarre ici j'ai vu qu'il était à 1699euro sur un site je me dis pourquoi pas car je trouve très peut de vélo à double batterie moteur et c'est une somme d'argent je veux pas regretter
@@Mr_honhon en fait chaque batterie alimente son moteur indépendamment, cela veut dire la 1er batterie alimente la moteur arrière et la deuxième celui de avant. Mais tu peux désactivé la roue arrière et rouler un certain nombre de km puis celui de derrière pour prendre le relais une fois celui devant faible. Je pense que c'est une bonne manière de faire plus de km mais à allure plus réduit.
Concernant le démarre pas de souci avec l'accélérateur. Mais démarrage avec le pedalage prends un certain temps avant que le moteur ce lance. Me concernant j'utilise le velo pour aller travaillé donc full accélérateur. Prévoir quand même un changement de pneu car ce d'origine sont pas terrible donc beaucoup risque de crevaison.
@@K2LoupTV mercip our tès réponse je le vois en se momment a 1700euro jésite avec le pédalage car j'aimerais bien démarré au pédalage aussi et alors s'avoir faire 85km de distance quand meme jésite vraiment
@@K2LoupTVtheres a setting called PA and something else you can change the number of cranks there to 1 instead of 4 and the PA is the power 1-5 i have it at 3 cheers 🤟🏽

Is the bike fast without using the pedals at all ? Even disasembling the pedals is a good idea ?
Using the pedals will extend the range and make you hit that top speed. Just throttle you'll get maybe 25? 28? Somethin like that
