This video showed up in my feed when my flight was delayed at JFK. WOAH- I cannot recommend a better place than an airport to see the body language of winners and losers, alphas and bettas. I could not stop identifying the 6 traits or lack thereof. Naturally, I became hyper aware of my own body language and of how I may be perceived. I cannot wait to watch all of this channel.

We're learning from actors and actresses playing their parts on millions of dollars sets for the big screen. They're trained to act the part. Long story short, if you don't have confidence inside no matter the glamour, the swaying, the broad shoulders, etc...etc... makes no difference. You're as good as you feel. Confidence = ALPHA

I am a Female Model. Started Modeling when I was 12. I was taught how to WALK. For a woman to have NATURAL sway. its very simple. Literally practice walking with One Foot In Front of the Other. If you try to force a sway - you will look obvious and silly. A mean walk - One foot in front of the other. One hand on your hip and Eye Contact when you walk in the room. Once entering the room. Make a 2-3 sec direct eye contact with the people that matter. Longer than 3 secs- communicates sexual interest. When yo break the eye contact - look to the SIDE, not down or up. That is how a woman owns the room. A walk like that, will make people across the room, notice you. You will literally exude a forceful energy, without saying a word. Women tend to use on average 7000 more words per day, than men. EDIT YOURSELF. Let your body do the talking and save your words. Speak when its time. Time to be funny, time to change the conversation into the one you intend to have, time add relevance. Women are often speaking without purpose, Which lowers the value of her words. Let your body language do the talking. And then your mouth will know how to seal the deal.

Truly confident people don't mind being proved wrong. They feel finding out what is right is a lot more important than being right. And when they're wrong, they're secure enough to back down graciously. Truly confident people often admit they are wrong or don't have all the answers; intellectual bullies never do.

I've always been fascinated by power. While I was studying Greene's work, I spent a quite a lot of time on UA-cam to find new perspectives and applications of Greene's work in our daily life. I was very disappointed since a vast majority of the content was just a rinse and repeat of the Laws, with some animation to go with it but no real resemblance to the world we live in now.
First time I'm seeing such quality content on power on YT, where the man actually knows, understands and has APPLIED what he's talking about. I personally know only of a blog or two which can match the content provided here.
I've been a student of this art for a long, long time and nobody has broken it down and made it this simple.

The video is different from other videos. In this you not only say about alpha features but also say how to develop the same thing to everyone in very detail. Great effort sir

Really love your breakdowns. Please do Alpha traits on Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) from The Originals. Very good example I’m sure easier to understand since I’ve studied the character deeply. Your help is much appreciated thanks Shayan. I’ve watched all your videos carefully and I’ve definitely learned a lot.

Since college, I have been complimented on my walk. I'm now 63 years old and had a 4 cm melanoma stage II cut out of the bottom of my left foot. Just 4 months ago I was walking into a meeting and one of the members complimented me on my beautiful walk in 3 inch stelletos (this was a business meeting, 4 inch stelletos are for after hours).
I have also been complimented on my excellent table manners at professional lunches and dinners. You would think that I had grown up in a cosmopolitan city. Nope. I am a proud farmer's daughter. I will admit to a pedigree that goes back to John Adams. We were expected to be polite, kind and generous. Generosity in that you give from your heart without an expectation of a quid pro quo. These are the things that will always draw people to you. Life will be generous in return in ways that you don't expect.

What I got from this video is that I'm an alpha female because I walk with my hips swaying. I've even been told that I walk like a model and I do it non intentionally.
