I can tell you something about China. I am here since from last 10 years. China uses firewall. You can not access UA-cam, google, twitter, instagram etec. But they made its replica and its own software. For UA-cam, China uses billibilli. For Google, China uses Baidu. For facebook/whatsapp, China uses WeChat. Haha before applying China model, you need to scarify a lot.
You can access everything in China By using VPN But, Chinese people don't liek English So, They use Chinese apps preferably They have developed sense of high self respect, & have deep love & preferences for their own language So, They don't like English language apps anyways
If you use VPN the next day it will be closed or shut down. The rest are all excuses told to its own people for control. Muslims in china are so scared they don't say it openly and hide.

I disagree with Eon on this one, not everyone should be allowed to say everything, cause everyone is not educated enough to share his thoughts on every matter. Until we do not figure that out, lets just stop people from discussing certain cases.
