That method definitely works for other bikes as well ! When my girlfriend and i was riding on my Suzuki Bandit and i told her about your comment and that i gave it immediately a „like“ the overall appearance also turned instantly aggressive and moody without changing the seat. 😂
In a choice between these two I'd go with the mamba, but honestly I don't really care for either one; I'd stick with the brown/black diamond pattern myself were it my bike in question.
Hello and thank you ,I love this series. For me it would be the Krait Skinny. The diamond stitch for me looks brilliant in the brown but prefer the ribbed in the black. Thank you Regards Gareth Wiltshire
Of these two, the Mamba. However, the brown diamond-stitch looks absolutely brilliant against that paint scheme. If it were my bike, I'd stick with the brown!
Krait Skinny - and a huge thank you for all the time you put into doing the videos, you've been a great help on a number of occasions now and it's great to see some of my local roads being ridden too!
I just ordered the Krait to try out on mine. I’m hoping it’s comfortable enough for touring, else I’ll be returning it and reverting back to the bench gel seat until I find something more suitable & slimmer!
I remember long time ago my friend's older brother had a very sweet triumph twin chopper . Classic long rake it was very tidy. Then you would take off parts you wanted chromed to the chrome shop bright chrome brushed nickel and more. You have three I say go easy rider on one tear drop tank no front fender tall pull back bars a Harley front fender cut down to fit the rear . We grow up to much . Lol
Neither of the new ones look as nice to me as the one to be replaced, but comfort is all when it comes to motorcycle saddles. Given that each felt the same to you I suggest the slightly fancier Mamba as the winner.
Kraft . Nice to see the t100 series back. Would.also be nice to do a video on your garage as.i have a similar problem ie lack of space in my garage . I have shelves round the sides and back; plus a row of shelves up the middle.
I'd go with the Krait Skinny. The diamond stitching on the Mamba is really nice but the simplicity of the stitch pattern on the Krait suits the bike better.
I like the Krait skinny on your bike, but I would retain the old brown diamond stitched as it's really gives a vintage look. Bonneville is all about smart and smoking vintage....IMO
Hi Stuart, does the new T120 feel bigger than the older air cooled T100 or are they much of a muchness? I know the seat is a tad higher but other than that is there a noticable size difference for the rider? Thanks.
Another great Video Stuart. how comfortable is the Krait or the Mamba when sitting a few hours on it - i.e. longer rides compared to the standard seat?
They have a seat pan in the late development stages Walter, so the answer to that is that one will be available in due course and Im sure they will produce a whole range of seats from there!
Krait for me, very close and difficult. Both look great. I have a T120. Do you happen to know if Motone are doing one for this bike? I’m about to change my stock seat!
Motone have a seat pan in development for the T120 it does take some time to development but they are now in the process of making the mould, so hopefully not too far away!
@@stuartfillingham Yet another confirmation that great minds do think alike! ;) Joking aside, I think they both look equally great when seen in isolation, but to me the krait works better once you see it on the bike. And, at least to my eyes, the krait also gives the bike more of that "aggressive" look you seem to be after, while the mamba just makes it look nicer.
Given the choice, I would go with the Krait. There is too much going on with the pattern on the mamba and it pulls your eyes away from the beauty of the bike i.e. its a distraction.
This is very subjective, they’re both great looking seats and i even think it depends on what mood your in as to which one you have on at any particular time. Dare I say in this case to go with both and simply switch over depending on your mood. Sorry for not helping 🤔
I'm not sure I like the look of either of them. If forced to choose I'd go with the Mamba. For me it would be about comfort and I could care less about giving it a 'mean' look. I put, what Triumph term, a Royal seat on my T120. I would have gone for a Corbin Gunfighter and Queen seat if I could have afforded their extortionary pricing.
Yeah I get what your saying Jim, but this is a custom build project, so really it is about looks and not so much about practicality, otherwise we would have just left the bike standard
When my wife sits on my bike it instantly looks aggressive and moody without changing the seat . Merry Christmas Stuart.
Im Saying Nowt!
That method definitely works for other bikes as well ! When my girlfriend and i was riding on my Suzuki Bandit and i told her about your comment and that i gave it immediately a „like“ the overall appearance also turned instantly aggressive and moody without changing the seat. 😂

Your welcome Gareth! Thanks for watching!
Mamba. It brings to mind the old school quilted jackets.
Krait for sure, much smoother look.
Krait, for sure.
Noted sir!
I just ordered the Krait to try out on mine. I’m hoping it’s comfortable enough for touring, else I’ll be returning it and reverting back to the bench gel seat until I find something more suitable & slimmer!

I like both Stuart but my preference would be Mamba.
The Krait, no question.
Krait .. just looks less"baggy". And more purposeful :)
Kraft . Nice to see the t100 series back. Would.also be nice to do a video on your garage as.i have a similar problem ie lack of space in my garage . I have shelves round the sides and back; plus a row of shelves up the middle.
Either would work nicely but my choice would be Krait
Hi Stuart, Love the Mamba,
I have the Motone duel Diamond seat on my bike.
I'd go with the Krait Skinny. The diamond stitching on the Mamba is really nice but the simplicity of the stitch pattern on the Krait suits the bike better.
Does the krait keep same seat height, lower or raise it?
Krait Skinny. Would look awesome in brown though.
I like the Krait skinny on your bike, but I would retain the old brown diamond stitched as it's really gives a vintage look. Bonneville is all about smart and smoking vintage....IMO
Mamba
I love all things diamond pleated. Both are stellar.
I say Krait. It goes better with the bars on the badge. Has it done anything to the seat height?
I would have to take some measurements Scott to be certain but I believe seat height is the same,
Both look great so keep both and choose on the day !
You may fit some other parts in the future and find that either one looks better.
Best David.
I like that idea!

Another great Video Stuart. how comfortable is the Krait or the Mamba when sitting a few hours on it - i.e. longer rides compared to the standard seat?
have you done any longer rides on the Krait? How is it comfort-wise?
Krait, just blends right in
I like the crate Stuart does motone make a direct replacement seat for the t120 one that would not have to be modified to make it fit?
They have a seat pan in the late development stages Walter, so the answer to that is that one will be available in due course and Im sure they will produce a whole range of seats from there!
Krait, it's understated, less is more an' all that......
Krait it is Stuart but like someone else said go for a long ride let your body decide 👍
Krait, in my humble opinion.
Krait (although I love both).
Mamba diamond stich👍👍but both look great
Sounds what you're looking for would be Krait, in my opinion
I think the Krait ribbed looks better on this bike.
Krait looks the part!
Krait. I think it just looks sleeker.
No vote - because I looked at Motone site and like the Bonneville Cafe racer seat much more! :)
Krait, no doubt about it.
Cheers.
A bit late but definitely Krait.
Mamba
It's great your back into the payday project. Hopefully these seats make it to the U.S. market. If so my T100 project might change directions.
I believe Motone UK do post internationally Gordon.
Krait gets my nudge.
Mamba , but they both look great!
I like Krait Skinny, I think Mamba looks too busy.
Krait does it for me !!!
Krait.
Really classy...........!
Both are fab but for me it has to be..... Krait Skinny
Krait for sure!
I know i'm very behind personally i like the " Mamba " and that's because the deign is a eye catcher.
The *_Krait_* suits the bike better to my eye - but of course it's a subjective decision. 🏍
Krait for me, very close and difficult. Both look great. I have a T120. Do you happen to know if Motone are doing one for this bike? I’m about to change my stock seat!

Thank you Stuart, I will hold tight for a bit.
I think both look excellent, but Krait wins.
Krait for me👍
Krait for Me Stuart
Both nice seats but Krait wins at the mo 👍🏻
Krait. Both look great, but the krait looks better in my opinion.
Thats my choice too I think Jorge!

What year is this bonneville ?
Will this fit on a liquid cooled T120?
No.
Krait all day long, Mamba for Ladies or unfaired Goldwing 😎
Krait. Definitely
Although I don't care for the 'slammer' narrow seat look tbh!
I vote for the Krait Skinny
Mamba looks great.....
Krait for me Stuart.
I"ll go with the Mamba for a month then the Krait the next month and switch like so every month. Sorry. I like them both.
I vote for Mamba.
Mamba for me Stuart.
Krait, and i´m think í´ve just decide wish i ´ll buy for my bonnie
Krait skinny by a lap.
Given the choice, I would go with the Krait. There is too much going on with the pattern on the mamba and it pulls your eyes away from the beauty of the bike i.e. its a distraction.
Mamba by half a yard!
I like the Mamba better of the two, more of a custom looking pattern rather then tuck and roll. I would not put either on my bike, sorry.
Krait all day long, Mamba would require several visits to Specsavers lol
Krait for me. Mamba too 'busy' IMHO
Just bought a T100, never realised how hard and uncomfortable the seat would be! Numb bum after 30 miles
krait skinny gets my vote
Krait ....deffo
Mamba for me.
Better 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Mamba - otherwise too many ridges/fins

Mamba, (aka Kobe Bryant, Lakers!), love the dimond design!
Krait Skinny!
BLACK MAMBA!
Krait ...i think
MAMBA is my choice.........
Krait for me
named after snakes? The diamond pattern looks great
Ill put you down for the black Mamba then Mr B'Stard!
Kraft nothing in it though. But if mine I’d ride 100 miles on each and let my bum decide. If the brown one was completely brown I’d stick with that.
Don’t like either, but Krait looks better.
Krait Skinny
Kraft its more like the old style
Manga looks 👍
Krait Stu
cheers bob!
Krait skinny .
Krait.
Krait skinny
Krait for me, not as bulgy looking.
