Now, about your cash account question - in a cash account, you can buy and sell a stock as many times as you want in a day, as long as you have the settled funds to do so. The key thing to remember is the T+2 rule (Transaction Date + 2 business days), which governs when your funds will become available again after selling a stock. So, if you sell a stock on Monday, you'll have to wait until the cash settles on Wednesday to buy another stock with that same money.
