    This is very interesting. 2nd+Delaware is a brand new, under construction apartment community built using the Passive House standards. The community will use the VRF Heat pump and this video was helpful. Thank you.

    “VRF” refers to the commercial equipment and no manufacturer make a residential single phase heat recovery system. Residential systems are referred to as split heat pumps and the entire system can only work in one mode, heating or AC.

    Nice video but it does not explain "How" a VRF system work... It just shows what it does!

    The only problem I have with minisplits, there is no makeup air or fresh air distribution from outdoors. The filtration system is very archaic compared to a central system with a high quality pleated filter and UV lamp.

    For GA Power, please look at your claim of simultaneous heating and cooling. This is possible on larger scale VRF jobs, but I don't know of any residential applications where this is possible. Perhaps I am mistaken. Generally, these systems have to be in heating mode, or cooling mode, not both at the same time.

    how heating and cooling should be done in same time I am little cit confused about this

      Rahul Chudasama So am I! That would require a 3 pipe system, not a 2 pipe as shown here.
