1 bag of spinach
4 hard boiled eggs
3/4 package of bacon
Cherry tomatoes
Half a red onion
1 whole avocado
Extra sharp cheddar cheese
Dressing:
Half cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
Tsp garlic
Season with dill and oregano
Pour over top and toss salad
Love all the ingredients in the salad! So nice and refreshing for the warm weather❤❤❤❤

Oh man, I add fresh squeezed orange, fresh squeezed lemon (for a very light taste of it) along with your other ingredients, and Greek seasoning; the one in the yellow shaker. It’s sooo good! The salad looks scrumptious! It’s also really important to use a quality EVOO like Colavita or Lucini, especially for salad dressing as it is the star of the salad 🙃😉.
