I don't know who you are but we are friends now. At least someone I can agree with. Accenture management is pure evil, we are just cattle to them. Now they are merging teams because most higher ups with skills are leaving and Accenture is just going crazy over KT sessions. They expect us to do work worth of 5 teams with the same pay.
Man, sounds like hell... as your friend I can only advise to switch to something better! I would see about getting a referral from some of those higher ups that have joined a new company... they are likely to sympathize with you as you're both survivors of the same battle :) Corporate loyalty is a thing of the past
It is better to get a pay cut at other companies that treat people like people. Accenture is too top heavy making the people below them feel abused.
Seems like they are coasting on their brand name, although I don't think it's as impressive as it once was during the heyday of Consulting companies.
Just another monster swallowing boutique companies to take over contracts and customers.
Stock has been down a lot since post of the video, thanks for sharing 😊 Was researching due to the drop and wanted to expand portfolio, but I will not invest in companies who are bad for the employees, so thanks for sharing, I will skip this until they improve. 😊

I got a job interview, but they said i have to be vaccinated just to get interviewed. I decided not.
They dont give any bonus..nd keep it in there pocket...
Should have included locations in all "testimonials". This seems one-sided and preloaded with bias.
That applies to all employers not just this one.
We merged with them and I’ve lost all access to cloud labs. Not a good start to be honest
In a few month ai will have a very good idea concerning how this company operates and make a decision.
