Just finished set up on mine after it lived in a closet for ten years in a hard case. Butterscotch color, favorite guitar in the collection and one I’m most sentiment of it was a gift when I was 13
I didn't know they existed either! I've never seen one of these guitars. I never had a Tele before, The closet thing I have is a Schecter tele style, but it doesn't have traditional pups. It looks like a tele but with a sustainiac and an active humbucker. Thanks for hipping me out to this guitar!

I owned one from the early 90's / thick body version that looked exactly like the one in this video. $150 USD used; The electronics and hardware on it were crap. The wood was OK. I sold it for $125 after a couple years use, and recording a few tracks for an album release in '94.
Imagine my surprise to see you playing that guitar!! WOW! I've played on that baby myself and have always been fascinated by it. So glad it's still in the family and you're ripping on it from time to time!!
I usually hate the idea of a Telecaster not made Fender, but this one has piqued my interest. I own a 1967 CBS era Telecaster and a 2024 Telecaster Deluxe. They are my number one guitars, both of them, they are both my number one guitar. Don’t try to rationalize it.
