Half expected everyone to call us boring cowboy builders for showing what really happens on sites but I’m glad you are enjoying the content hopefully it will get better with time I’m still learning the best ways to capture footage. Just a couple of pointers 1: the neighbours skip will have required a council permit to site it ,and from what I can see , it appears to be outside their home 2: your portable toilets seem to have moved about a bit but you have one on the kerb and one parked on the road directly outside the kids nursery , which is an accident waiting to happen. 3: why did you move the portable toilet from outside your neighbours house? I’m thinking they may also be ‘petty’ neighbours? 4: why did you move the portable toilets from outside Western Drive ? are they also ‘petty neighbours’? 5: why didn’t you leave the portable toilet outside your own home ? It looked well and really blended 6: you say you can’t understand the hostility from the neighbours. It’s just a thought, but it might stem from you trying to claim a garage that your neighbour bought with their home in 1994 . It could also be that you sent threatening letters to them giving them a date for demolition of their garage It could also be that they had to take an injunction out against you to stop you from hassling them at all hours of the day and night It could also be that they are constantly stressed by the ongoing situation with the land registry dispute you have created which has cost them a considerable amount of money ( over 10k) It could also be that communities stick together when one of their own is threatened by someone like yourself. It could also be that they see right through you and know exactly the type of person you are, and are making a stand ?

I’ve no objections to the neighbours skip being on the pavement or the cars parked on the pavement down the entire street if people parked legally on the street both sides no one would be able to get down the street. I just find it ironic phoning the council about my trailer being parked in the same way. I’m doing my best to move them all onto the yard asap. I moved it outside my house so I can see it on the cameras. Thanks for saying the trailer blended in with my home 🙄🤣 Your point about the neighbours next to the yard currently trying to claim adverse possession of a section of my yard, I’ve tried not to talk about this as you’ve stated it may be causing them stress however you are obviously in the know with your comments and I assume you’ve had their permission to bring it up on social media, so il try to answer it. The way I see it is the original owner claimed adverse possession of the yard and became the legal owner registered with land registry. This legal ownership has changed hands and I’ve come to own it. I’ve sent official documents stating it wasn’t sold with the house and was in fact part of the yard. So the neighbours didn’t buy the house with a garage and if they thought that at the time it’s something they would take up with the solicitor who acted for them. Yes they have took me to court and have an injunction to stop the boundary being reinstated to its original location as it is and always have been on land registry. This is with land registry now so I’ve agreed to wait for the decision and if it’s made legally theirs by land registry than so be it but I’ve not done adverse possession on any land I’ve paid for the land by working hard and now it could be claimed by the neighbours. I’d be the one in this situation that’s at the biggest financial loss. However I’m the bad guy for trying to move the fence back to where I’ve bought. “Someone like me” “the type of person” I am. Please do enlighten everyone what that is…a Jedi blurt? Il try to talk about this on the next episode if it’s something you really want answers to.
Thanks for your reply I was trying to enlighten you with regards to your ‘I don’t understand the hostility from the neighbours comment’ and that also answers the ‘type of person’ comment I made. To act ,on your video, that you genuinely don’t understand the hostility to gain sympathy from your viewers, when you 100% genuinely do know the reason for the hostility from the neighbours. I am , however, at a complete loss with the Jedi thing.

@@Munrogym24 I tell all my lads once they can do something on their own that’s when they can climb the ladder. That’s why I push them all to pass their test so they can drive and carry their own tools
