Being from the uk I found it weird that the us got full screen releases because I thought it was like going backwards

It was for us too, really. They tried to push out TPM with just widescreen in 2001, but there was enough pushback that AOTC got WS and FS in 2002, and that's when they "corrected the oversight" with TPM and added a FS version of TPM as well.

Fun fact, the Korean R3 DVD version of Attack of the Clones is the only version that has the English Stereo Mix of the audio in NTSC. They didn't use it on either the Japanese or US releases, even though there's a stereo mix on all 5 of the other films' DVDs.
The UK and Aussie releases also have the stereo mix, but both are PAL, and are therefore sped up. Also, the UK release is, of course, edited.

AOTC was cut, the headbutts were cut during the fight between Kenobi and Jango Fett. The cuts were reinstated for the 2011 Blu-Rays.

It's been a while, so I'm not sure what I referenced in this video, but I do have two region-free players at this point: one DVD player and one Blu-ray player that plays Blu-ray 3D discs as well.

Hey, found some UK Items that I don't think you've covered yet on the Series:
    1. Single Disc Reissues of the 2001-2005 DVDs for the First 6 Films that came out in 2009 (they have the Same Covers as the 2001-2006 Releases but without the Bonus Discs), which would be the last time those Discs got reissued before the 2013 DVDs. The one for Empire is the hardest to find, but given they did IV, VI & the Prequels, I'm sure it exists.
    2. A Standard Keepcase Re-issue of the Force Awakens 3D Blu-Ray. Same Cover Art as the Digipack Release, though it has a different Barcode Number.

      "Hello there."
I haven't hunted down those single-disc reissues. I'm vaguely aware of them from some fellow collectors in the Facebook group, but if I understand correctly, they are tough to distinguish in eBay auctions these days, so I've not taken the time to hunt them. That's a good idea for future purchases, though.
      2. That one I do have and have shown on the channel. See episode 141, where I believe I mislabeled it as from 2017 instead of 2016 along with those 2017 reissues. My understanding was that it came out after the Collector's Edition, but Blu-ray.com notes its release as the same day, so in the show I said 2017, but in the book I've updated that to correctly (?) say 2016. I'm honestly still a bit uncertain on the actual release date of the regular case version.
