The woo woo boy is a family friend of ours, he went to the south florida fair with us when he was visiting some family down here. He's alot of fun, cool guy.
I grew up in the Rutherford, the next town over. I used to see him flying up Park Avenue with his bike letting his short bursts of sirens. It was always great to watch people pull to the side.
