20 meters tall and only 23 tons of weight... an Abrams tank is about 10 meters long and weights about 61 tons, so i would say someone calculated a little bit off. Even if we take all the super-high-tech alloy and whatnot in account, i would not get below 40-45 tons minimum. After all their weight is also an important point of strength for such machines.
