And it’s all natural. No chemicals and no additives and no preservatives. The Earth has many things that we can eat on it and a lot of those things are very beneficial to our bodies. Hate to tell you this, but less than 2% of the planet species on the globe are considered "edible" for humans (meaning they will not kill you immedately). While 80% of the edible category needs to either be harvested at a very specific time, have extensive processing, or both in order to neutralize the toxins that they contain. The final remainder of these should only be eaten in season, and not continuously in order for your body to excrete the phytotoxins naturally present before they become poison in your body.

It is not simple tbh. Asian food is more complex in its preparation. Sometimes involving combination of grilling + boiling, deep frying + boiling, smoking + boiling or steaming + deep frying. Thats for protein stuff. Vegetable is another thing. Almost no part of food is wasted. They master the art of cooking almost all part of life stock in to edible tasty food from skin, brain even intestine. Most People knows simple cuisine of rice such as fried rice but Asian has different variation how to cook rice (Grilled rice, Yellow rice, fatty rice, bamboo rice, dry fried rice etc)

Banana corm has great medicinal value in Indian traditional medicine. There is a way to prepare it. While chopping it, one can see the slimy, stringy threads sticking to the chopper. It's cooked with some spices, eg, turmeric, n taken with rice as a meal, ...it supposedly helps to remove stones from the kidney.

Plant trees where puddles sit or where there is shade. Protect them. They will bring water and animals. Grow them in groves, then forests. You will have water, animals, birds. Plant herbs. Fruit trees, beans, lemon trees. Raise chickens. Keep everything clean, wash your hands with soap after handling chickens. Wear shoes outside, not inside your home. All waste and trash burn. Food waste give to chickens. Compost chicken manure well.
