- Twelve people have been arrested in an undercover operation targeting child predators in Polk County, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Up here in Ohio a mom only by birth thought it would be a good idea to prostitute her 10 or 12 year old daughter to fund her drug habit but the only good that came from that situation is she got sentenced to 50+ years. When I was 12 years old, our family was on vacation in Daytona Beach and some guys tried to kidnap me. Thankfully, a man named James who worked at the hotel we were staying at, helped me from being taken. Parents, don't let your kids out of sight! I was just going back to our room, and was followed and cornered by one of the men, and the other two men were in a van with the side door open, ready to take off with me. I'm sure your kids might think you are being over protective, but that's ok, because there is reason to be.
That must have been so horrifyingly traumatizing; I am so very sorry....and thank God for James, your rescuer. Have you made contact with him since the abduction attempt? Were the men caught?

Shitty as it is to say, if that’s all that happened that day, those guys almost certainly drove away without a second look from anyone. This Sheriff is a true example of how a law enforcement officer/deputy is supposed to be. A pedophile ruined my ability to trust. I was 4 years old and was dragged into the bushes, I screamed so loud he left me alone. I truly believe that he would have killed me from the look in his eyes. I think pedophiles should be executed. I remembered this at the age of 30. Psychological therapy has helped me. I'm 63 years old. Keep your eyes on your children.
