I have some ptsd and vivid dreams and my girlfriend has to shake me out of them and she always wants to talk about it after especially the next morning. She gets upset when I don’t share what I saw in my dreams. U can’t share nor explain to someone who hasn’t been there. And she’s a RN. My biggest support comes from past partners who r retired also. Some don’t have any ptsd some do. But even if they don’t they understand. They saw what I saw. Anyway. Thank u for ur post on here. U helped me a lot understanding I’m not alone.

I'm from scotland and my brother moved from scotland to america 9 years ago and now resides in Nashville, I've not seen him in they 9 years. @Dan I'm not sure if you mean specifics as in what exercises they did or how hard did they train. I can only really address the latter to say, John trained very hard. For everything he's accomplished in life, so too has he earned every scrap of accolade of it in terms of the effort he puts forth. My brother now owns the gym, Hard Nocks, since the founder/owner passed away in 2017, RIP Dave Nock. Dave was a man that John himself coined as the toughest SOB alive. He wasn't exaggerating. Dave would put you through workouts that you'd never have guessed you could do, but he knew you could. That, however, wasn't what made Dave tough. What made him tough is that, for as hard of a workout as he'd put you through, he would put himself through workouts equally as difficult and beyond. The man had no quit in him whatsoever. That's why everyone who knew him loved and respected him. He was a no bullshit type of guy, former Police Officer himself, but also the funnest, most crazy kind of friend you could ever have. I loved the man and knew him for about 40 years having been a member of Hard Nocks since I graduated High School in 1981. Needless to say I am still a member and will be until the day I die. So, to answer your question - John and his brother trained extremely intensely which is why they became the men they are today. Newbury is only 10-15 minutes up the road from where we are, so they are virtual neighbors to us. I can't 100% relate. I'm very proud of my brother who has been a cop for over a decade. He is a great dad..a devoted husband..and the best brother out there. He is a cop in a very small town but I'm always afraid of getting that call he has been hurt on the job. He has been hospitalized twice now from job injuries. Every day I'm proud and in awe of the man my brother has become.

@Dan I'm not sure if you mean specifics as in what exercises they did or how hard did they train. I can only really address the latter to say, John trained very hard. For everything he's accomplished in life, so too has he earned every scrap of accolade of it in terms of the effort he puts forth. My brother now owns the gym, Hard Nocks, since the founder/owner passed away in 2017, RIP Dave Nock. Dave was a man that John himself coined as the toughest SOB alive. He wasn't exaggerating. Dave would put you through workouts that you'd never have guessed you could do, but he knew you could. That, however, wasn't what made Dave tough. What made him tough is that, for as hard of a workout as he'd put you through, he would put himself through workouts equally as difficult and beyond. The man had no quit in him whatsoever. That's why everyone who knew him loved and respected him. He was a no bullshit type of guy, former Police Officer himself, but also the funnest, most crazy kind of friend you could ever have. I loved the man and knew him for about 40 years having been a member of Hard Nocks since I graduated High School in 1981. Needless to say I am still a member and will be until the day I die. So, to answer your question - John and his brother trained extremely intensely which is why they became the men they are today. Newbury is only 10-15 minutes up the road from where we are, so they are virtual neighbors to us. my papa died in 2014 in Feb and in the same year March, my mother committed suicide in his pain...
those were the devastating 2 months In our life....
My elder brother( we call him *bhaiya* in India) took my care as A responsible father....he is my idol...i look up to him...

I can't 100% relate. I'm very proud of my brother who has been a cop for over a decade. He is a great dad..a devoted husband..and the best brother out there. He is a cop in a very small town but I'm always afraid of getting that call he has been hurt on the job. He has been hospitalized twice now from job injuries. Every day I'm proud and in awe of the man my brother has become.

I love how his brother still has his Mass accent. Makes me think that Cena has it and he trained himself out of it. I’d have almost liked his character more if he had had a wicked hahd Boston accent.
They might have given him main event spots for too long too many times but a person, Cena is incredibly down to earth.
I like how these dudes with humongous physiques like John Cena & Dwayne Johnson you’ll think that their personalities will be aggressive but they are the decent people in the planets.
