Hello RIch! Can you help me, please? Im working on my first revit project and I imported a naviswork file throught coordination model tool to my revit project. However, the scale of the naviswork model appears to be really small, so small I'm having difficulty to find in the revit file. Is there a way to fix this? I received this nwd file from the company I'm working for and the project area is huge. I dind't find any videos of this problem here on youtube and the autodesk site. Thanks for the always excellents videos!!

hello sir, it sounds like you’re encountering a scale issue when importing a Navisworks model into Revit. This is a common issue that can be addressed by checking a few key settings and ensuring the correct units and scale are applied. Here are some steps to help you resolve this issue:
      ### 1. Check the Units in Navisworks
Before importing the NWD file into Revit, ensure that the units in Navisworks are correctly set:
      1. **Open the NWD file in Navisworks**.
      2. **Go to the "Options" menu** (you can find this in the Application button, or by pressing F12).
      3. **Navigate to "File Readers" > "DWG/DXF/SAT"**.
      4. **Check the units** used for the file. Ensure that these match the units you expect to use in Revit (e.g., meters, millimeters, feet, etc.).
      ### 2. Set the Correct Units in Revit
When you import the coordination model into Revit, ensure that the units are set correctly:
      1. **Open your Revit project**.
      2. **Go to "Insert" > "Coordination Model"**.
      3. **In the "Import Coordination Model" dialog box**, before inserting, check the units and scaling options.
      ### 3. Adjust the Scale in Revit
If the model has already been imported and appears too small, you might need to adjust the scale:
      1. **Select the coordination model** in Revit.
      2. **Check the properties palette** for any scaling options. Revit typically maintains the scale of the imported model, but sometimes manual adjustment is necessary.
      ### 4. Use a Reference Point
Sometimes, the model might appear small if it is far from the project base point or survey point. You can:
      1. **Move the imported model** closer to your project’s origin point.
      2. **Use a known reference point** in both models to align them correctly.
      ### 5. Re-import with Adjustments
If adjusting the scale or units doesn't work, try re-importing the model:
      1. **Remove the current imported model**.
      2. **Re-import the NWD file**, but this time, double-check all units and scaling settings as mentioned above.
      ### Additional Tips:
      - **Verify with the Company**: Confirm the units and scale of the NWD file with the company that provided it. This can help ensure that you are applying the correct settings.
      - **Use Navisworks Manage**: If you have access to Navisworks Manage, you can convert the NWD file to an NWC (Navisworks Cache) file, which might provide better import options.
