In re-watching Jack’s intro and development as a character I could sense that when he first came on the show he was as straight as an arrow. As the season progressed that’s when they decided to make him gay. I was disappointed as I would’ve liked to have seen where Jack and Joey could’ve gone. If they had to make someone gay I think Henry from season 3 would’ve been perfect given he came into Jen’s life for a short time and then was gone. Seeing this interview I see I was right, initially Jack was straight, he confirmed it.
It was more of an involuntary thought. All of his castmates from Dawson's Creek still look good. It looks like this guy hasnt been taking care of himself.
Jack's story made me cry so many times. I'm so glad Kerr said yes.
