Thanks Marcel on inviting Robert. It is very informative on China plan to support its economy. Keep this kind of videos coming and of course keep doing more Nio related videos too. I really missed it. Thanks again. Go Nio!!
Thanks for the frank discussion. I have been travelling to China for over 40 years making at least 15 trips. As you stated there was a certain electricity back in 85' when I first visited, something that I still sense today irrespective of a temporary downturn in the economy. Sad to say, I don't sense the same in the US where I live.
Thank you for sharing this discussion Marcel. It's fascinating to see how China's tax system has evolved since 1994. The shift from a production-based to a consumption-based model is particularly interesting. Thanks to Robert for his insights! Take care
really enjoying Robert's real insight and information. I am impressed China is moving away from a VAT and more to a retail sales tax. I believe the US should adopt a retail sales tax nationally to replace income taxes as a fair and market driven way to help fair play with China
Could be interesting if you cover Ehang from China! Think there is a lot of good future content to be made on this company! Will give you lots of views for sure!
@@DONGXiiTheChinaOpportunity I think its an interesting company to follow and I think alot of interesting content could be made. Thats my view, but Im also an investor :)
A recession is defined as two subsequent quarters with negative gdp growth. So the guest is expecting at least two quarters with negative gdp growth for China? Does the guest has some kind of a track record or achievements?
any view on the massive fraud regarding chinese stocks in business - the reality is probably 50% of chinese companies listed have been complete frauds with no shareholder value -does chinese listed companies have the same issues ?
@@NIO4LIFE most of them lol - that’s why Chinese stocks trade at huge discounts - it’s political but lot of frauds - corruptions regarding chinese stocks - just think all housing stocks - brokerage - lot of people going to jail in china - so my quastion are Chinese business people naturally corrupt ?
