Make sure you put in a boiler bowl and beeper system to catch water and advise you of the leak. My experience dictates a busted boiler will wreak havoc on the collection if not detected quick enough

I live in a one-bedroom apartment and have at least 3000 movies. I do my best with storage, but I know it must be insane with your collection. all I can say is bless you brother. #movingrightalong

You should get one of those shed deals like the type people turn into tiny homes and turn that into the library the Commonwealth picker has one it looks awesome inside and your collection is waay more awesome then his so that would look cool AF inside

Stupid question maybe but you are going to change the garage into basically a living space. Do you need some kind of permission to do that or making sure its up to code? I can imagine that the code for a garage is different then that of a living space?
I dont believe so unless you have someone actually "living" in the garage as a bedroom then you need to modify things like rules around egress
