As I see it, the current age old practice in US presidential elections is nothing short of modern version 21st century Gladiators fighting to finish with brut force without an iota of what they are fighting 'for' & here is Vivek Ramaswamy, a new entry offering a completely new/fresh/alternate perspective vision to all those confused Americans to fight/run towards a better future for themselves & to the nation while regaining their true identity, which is values in family, meritocracy, truth, a higher spiritual power, opportunity etc.

I am seeing this as a unifying moment between liberals and conservatives alike on the shared common value of humanity. Our common enemy is not towards each other but towards those bad actors taking advantages of the differences to be irreconcilably divided on both sides.

    • @markeasley6149
      @markeasley6149 Рік тому

He won't unify everyone but there is a big block of voters that still believe in American nationalism. He is right that in twenty years people won't be proud to be Americans the way we are going, we will be broken culturally, politically, and economically. We must take this chance to end the division briefly to restore the republic.

I remember being in history class and watching JFK say “Ask not what the country can do for you but what can you do for the country”. Okay I will admit I was one weird kid when it came to politics. My father had been killed in Laos in 1967. I remember thinking, to heck with the government, what can I do for me. Since my dad was a pilot, I really do focus on “put on your oxygen mask first and then help others”. It is not selfishness it is curtesy to all American tax payers. They educated me so I better be a contributor to society. Idle hands are …..

The take away I received from this UA-cam…
Excellent example of how we should treat one another…
    Getting back to cultural respect…
How the current state of affairs has provided the woke liberal platform with the best smoke screen they could have asked for…
Having race wars, gender wars, pitting every ethnic, gender, religious and cultural group fighting against each other… rather than banding together as a United people and country allows the constant takeover of this great nation by those who only seek personal gain.
Learning how we can talk with each other and respecting other views over being force fed the nonsense of the media, the extreme greed driving the narrative is paramount.
We have immense growth and potential if good bands against evil. Evil being anything or anyone attempting to hold the American people under their or it’s thumb.

Its been proved that it was not the Russians that got Trump into the WH in 2016 but the Evangelical Christians. Only one group CUFI ( Christians United for Israel) have 11 million members told to vote for the candidate who blesses Israel. That was Trump. Do not dismiss the force of the total Christian vote ever.

Can Americans speak freely? No. We haven't been able to speak freely for years. The American middle class is no longer the strength and backbone of the nation that it became after the great American industrial revolution. America certainly could use a new generation leader with such a strong vision for the USA. Its clear that relying on more solutions from those responsible for much of whats lead us here isn't going to work.

If a presidential candidate can acknowledge
    1. We have higher interest rates
    2. We have higher inflation
    3. Because of government spending (BBB Plan)
Then I think there is hope that we can develop a plan that might fix the economy. The first step to recovery is acknowledging the problem.
Spending is not a bad thing, as long as you have the income to support it; example the Clinton years FY94-FY00. The Obama administration did the US no favors in FY09-FY12 during the Great Financial Crisis. Who authorized the FY20-FY22 spending? The Trump and Biden administrations. In CY21 during the middle of FY21, the Build Back Better (BBB) Plan added $6.3T to the FY21 budget via three parts: American Rescue Plan (ARP; $1.9T), American Jobs Plan (AJP, $2.28T), and American Families Plan (AFP, $2.03T).
Inflation has come down a lot from its 9.1% high in June 2022, but people are still complaining about it as if it hadn’t. The mountain West saw the biggest CPI increase with a max of 10.4% in March 2022. People are still crying about inflation, and it’s mostly because of food prices now that energy prices have come down. People understand this and they blame Biden.
The fact that people are willing to vote for Biden again (in spite of the economy and the tearing down of our social fabric) tells you how much they dislike Trump. 64% of all Americans would not vote for Trump, up from 55% in April 2023. Simple math tells me that the RNC needs a different 2024 presidential nominee.
I love how Vivek Ramaswamy stays on point and is not baited into emotional responses. This shows an inner calm and conviction. Listen to the questions by reporters/interviewers very specifically. Then listen to the interruptions when they don't get the baited response they want.
God is not in the business of tweaking; he is in the business of transformation. Within the Republican party, Trump is very popular, but within the country he is not. The difference between Trump and Ramaswamy is revolution and transformation. Vivek: "I am running to lead a country, not a political party".
Wow, so much insight in a wide variety of areas. I believe that Mr. Ramaswamy is the Millennial that Neil Howe talks about in his 2023 "The Fourth Turning" book. This young man is a great leader. He is going to need great people to support him. Great leaders have great teams. Great teams can bring about paradigm shifts and transformation. We, the USA, need this type of a leader.
People are sheep, sheep dogs, or wolves. What are you? Mr. Ramaswamy is a sheep dog that is set on protecting the truth and leading the country forward. Set aside your victimhood inherited from the current administration and vote for a better future.
Get involved and make a positive difference. 2023 Republican debates are 23-AUG, 27-SEP and OCT (tbd). DNC does not plan to hold debates. Primaries are JAN-JUN 2024.
How to become a US president:
    1. Qualify to run for election
    2. Win your party’s primary election(s) or caucus (JAN-JUN)
    3. Receive party’s nomination (JUL)
    4. Win plurality of State votes in general election (NOV)
    5. Win 270 or more of the 538 electoral college votes (DEC)
    6. Take oath of office (JAN)
How to vote for a US president:
    1. Understand the platform of the candidates
    2. Watch the debates (AUG, SEP, OCT)
    3. Register to vote (at least two weeks before your state’s primary or caucus)
    4. Vote in your state's primary election or caucus (JAN-JUN)
    5. Vote in the national general election (NOV)
