Oversight exists. The fact of the matter is that unless Biden's DOJ Merrick Garland brings charges, nothing will ever happen.
The USCG has been like this for decades. I was in the branch and I never recommended it young women. This admiral has been violating policy and shoving sexual assault under the rug since I worked for her when she was a rear admiral.
If I were commander and chief, what would I expect of myself?

The Coast Guard academy never had this problem until women started attending the academy. I suggest that men stop applying to go the the Coast Guard academy until they figure out what the problem is. There are other military academies to go to besides the Coast Guard.

I don't get people who think like you guys. Mr. Trump was a jerk & Mr. Cruz was a gentleman. What was the advantage for Cruz to be a jerk right back? Would that have been good for our country? No! Mr. Cruz has done a great job in Congress & his work has helped conservatives. Would it have been better for American families if Cruz fought Trump's agenda? No! He took it on the chin and didn't hold a grudge and that helped conservative values.
Mr. Cruz didn't stomp his feet like a two year-old. He didn't stick out his tongue & say "You weren't nice to me so I'm gonna take my toy and go home". That wouldn't have helped anything but it would have hurt you and me.
The Cruz back then was nothing compared to the Cruz now. When people debate, some people have a nasty approach to try and bring out the worst in others. That brought out the Cruz we see now.
