Minal Khan talks about how a young mother handles motherhood, sharing the joys, challenges, and the inner strength needed to embrace it all.
AHI Inner Star is a brand new series of podcasts, developed when I turned 50 this year and realised that most women felt their decline began around this time. It was the time most women began feeling invisible, their health and welfare began to suffer.
With a well-curated list of 6 dynamic women, powered by CaC-1000 Plus - a brand I genuinely admire - we began this series with the intention to share stories to motivate women who were watching. Core strength, physical fitness, motherhood and mental health, financial literacy, beauty, skincare and the importance of maintaining a happy lifestyle are some of the topics we’ve touched upon.
I hope you’ll enjoy watching this series as much as we’ve enjoyed developing it.

Never knew Minal is so well spoken and self aware. So good to see she acknowledges her privilege of having a supportive family and house help. And completely agree with her on going back with the husband after delivery, husbands should be equally responsible in taking care of the baby
Maybe script prh prh kr interview dya ho😂
Minal ne sab kuch ahsan se seekha apne husband se because he is educated and minal to kabhi college gayi hi nai
A mother’s hardships are usually trivialised saying “har koi paida krta ha”, but no one realises the toll it has on body and mental health and overall health in general. Love to all mums, you’re amazing ❤
Yup they do even compare u with animals ki janwar bhi bacha paida krte hae isme konsi badi baat hogyi ..sad
Minal has definitely groomed into the best version of herself. Her style of speaking, body language, everything has evolved and was spot on. 💕
Wonderful experience with you. Amazing interview ❤❤❤just loved it and learned so many things
Changed my perspective of her to 180 degrees... I can relate with every single word she said about postpartum... Pregnancy and baby changes a person to unimaginable extents ... So girls be there for YOURSELF first and then for others too❤❤❤
I always thought Aiman was the mature one but Minal dear you have really outshined in this interview. You answered every question so well and simple words that every walk of woman and men could understand. Well done Aamna, you have a keen eye to invite and interview the right people. Kudos for this series 👍🏼
Agree
Amna, your dress is so beautiful.from where did you buy.kindly reply mec
She is talking so naturally and all the things like we want to say
Bohot zabardast.... Minal is such a good guest for a podcast.... Sawal samajhti Bhi hai, aur jawab Bhi bohot Acha samjhaati hai.... Zabardast ❤❤
I had gone through severe PPD, I was living in in laws and having zero to no support, I had forgotten myself completely after my baby, I wish I had this much awareness 5yrs ago. Wonderful conversation! Thankyou minal and aamna ❤😊
Same sitaution
Im a doctor by profession but wasted my profession
@@EzzaKhan-qc4qu but I have not wasted my profession, that was the hardest time of my life, but when that phase passed, and I got back in my senses, after 7yrs of my marriage I started working and I am working now as a developer. Even in those 5yrs which were very tough, I was doing short courses, learning whenever I got a chance. So I had awareness but still lack of support resulted me to get in depression.
Indeed, she possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a remarkable level of maturity. Her restraint in using excessive gestures is also commendable.
As a future mother ( in 3 moths in sha Allah ! 😊) Loved , got inspired from her and my knowledge is increased . She also explained it so well. Thank you Amina for this interview ❤
I’m seeing Mina Khan one of the first young Pakistani actresses who is so well-spoken. She’s also a talented actress, and I don’t understand why there’s so much hate toward her.
Now After became mother Minal has become matured and decent
❤
I was not expecting such a mature conversation from her, I appreciate her after listening
she is speaking by heart. all women experience somehow such things in pregnancy phase. nice to listen
So fresh and vibrant her vibe and aura is so real... Didn't follow her as an actor but she's lovely
Wowww Minal is sooo miture after her baby..I m glad to see her 😊 with confidence
she is absolutely right. body shaming start from family
I don’t know why i cried the moment she started speaking. Nobody literally nobody acknowledges what a woman goes through during her pregnancy and also while bringing the child up. Everyone is blaming and complaining and everything is laid on the women. I also gained weight and my ghar walay body shame me. I can totally relate to this video. I also went through a lot and still going through a lot
Nobody mentioned it but the best thing for me in the interview was how she talked about herself without fixating on her husband. A lot of pakistani women bring their husbands in the convo to a point it becomes very boring but minal made sure she leads this convo
She is so groom now .. well spoken & every statement make sense .. ❤
What an inspiring episode! Minal's insights on motherhood resonate deeply, highlighting the beautiful journey of balancing joy and challenges. It's refreshing to see a platform like AHI Inner Star empowering women by sharing real stories and promoting core strength and well-being. Kudos to the team behind this series and to CaC-1000 Plus for supporting such a vital conversation! Looking forward to more episodes that uplift and motivate! 🌟
No comments, just so much love for her.❤
I just loved the way how minal explained this all difficult and a tough journey and the tips which she gaye were just fabulous. Being a new mother I can understand every thing which she told and the pain behind the journey of a becoming a new mother. This is the best ever interview of her. Loved it♥️
I absolutely loved this interview.. heard it while cleaning up my kids room.. I loved minal in Jalan.. I'm sure it must be hard for her to deal with weight gain during pregnancy.. I went through the same and right after my delivery my mil would frequently tell me how maybe the dr left another baby in my tummy since it's still so big 😢 it's hard listening to someone criticize your appearance after your delivery.. ugh more power to all the beautiful moms out there
that's absolutely terrible! ugh I'm so sorry, I'm sure you're gorgeous 💗💗 Sending love and prayers 🫶
Ma sha Allah, you don’t look your age, and you’re so honest about your age. Normally show biz girls always hide their age. Bless you.❤
She’s over 30 lol
@ I was talking about Aamna, she said she’s 50, but she looks younger 😊
She's so so good human being thankyou minal for every detail but I want to know her Dr gynaecologist so much needed
Nurturing yourself is essential for nurturing your child.
Good to see young mothers, who are fit , stylish, living their lives, working and have progressive husband ! Hope , these out dated concept spread by senior artists and even young artists , that actresses in leading roles should be under 20’s , and trolling actresses who are fit and talented , really needs to stop ! What a beautiful talented artists ❤
Minal speaks really well. She has improved a lot. Proud of you girl😊
looking great in her mother version
Aamna, Believe me I am so fond of you and HC.
You both have motivated me so much in my darkest phase of life!
And, this podcast show is so informative and motivated.
Thanks alot for it
And , Minal is so articulate and kind . She has grown mature and her conversation was more real and straight forward.
So good you called her.
Please ask Aiman also if she can join you. Love from edro punjab india❤❤❤❤
Taking prenatal pills and bone broth are the two things I could swear by in pregnancy. I have had two pregnancies so far in my early 30s and mid 30s and Alhumdulillah they went super smooth and all I remember is my Obgyn always asking if I’m taking my prenatals everyday
On a side note- this was such a relatable and informative conversation 👏🏼
What is prenatal pills
@ Prenatal vitamins are multivitamins that contain the vitamins and minerals that are important for pregnant women or women who are trying to get pregnant. They contain more of some nutrients than regular multivitamins. They usually have more folic acid comparatively that is essential for fetus development

Thank you for this great episode Aamna! Minal is such an incredible young mother, a lovely delightful girl and a great guest for this podcast, and such a joy to listen to!! nice interview about parenthood I am prgnent with twins and I get lots of knowledge and I love both sisters
Wow man. Hats off to these two women for this podcast. I really enjoyed every bit of this episode, i usually watch these things on fast forward but Man i must admit i couldnt miss one bit of this conversation. I am so glad that things are changing for women in Pakistan and women are holding these conversations.. congrats Amna ❤🎉
Such a delightful conversation, thoroughly enjoyed
Beautiful, informative, real and inspiring interview. I love and adore these sisters they are so grounded, real and just pure hearted souks. If you look at it this way they became successful and are idolized by so many people that it would have been so easy to get to there head, but no not these girls, they are so grounded and I feel that's alot to do with there upbringing and supportive family, especially parents. These 2 are pure gems and I love there interviews especially minal she's my favourite out of the 2. So thanks Mam for such an amazing interview one can learn so much from her positive attitude and outlook to life. For me you to are very inspiring mam, your looking so fresh, healthy and 100% don't look 50. We women and girls can learn so much from your positive attitude towards growing old that 50 isn't the end of you but the beginning of a new chapter and that you should embrace it with a view, i will take care of my appearance, mental health and Willl stay active and healthy, . So looking at you 50 doesnt look scary . Infact it feels as if your still young and can still have many adventures and experiences your my inspiration. Please keep bringing us new content just love and enjoy watching your videos. I learn so much fro. Your interviews and other content. If I'm having down day or my health js at its worse I watch your videos they put smile on my face so thank you for doing this for us from the bottom of my heart
I feel so bad that when my mother was pregnant with my younger siblings ,I didn't understand what she is going through ,and I could not help her the way I shud hv helped her . 😢 I feel really guilty thinking of that . She handled everything on her own . There was no house help . Father is not someone who vl provide atleast emotional support to her . How difficult it must have been for her to take care of the baby, and do all the other house chores daily . Aah ...
Minal bht samjdar h❤
