I love how the signature transitions in the new version.
There’s so many cute little details in this! The pedestrians in the street at 0:33, the frog looking at Parappa’s phone while he’s texting Sunny at 0:44 and my personal favourite, the “oop”and “stop?” signs at 0:53 and 1:02. You can tell that a lot of love and effort was put into the remake!

i cannot overstate how much the original means to me. i think about the og animation near daily, no exaggeration, and have been for the last 10 years. i didnt know of the original gameplay video at the time so i can technically say that i do quote your animation daily also. and i cant take the actual gameplay seriously [as serious as you can take parappa, anyway] because i always have your creation at the forefront of my mind. thanks for the remake and im lookin forward to future animations :3

It’s always nice when animations are updated so beautifully. It shows how far you’ve come in experience, and using said experience to make it how you originally envisioned it and more.

I find it very funny how Mooselini got a *massive* glow-up in how she looks but Parappa is more or less unchanged.

As a kid, I loved playing Parappa 2 on my PS2 all the time. I have severe anxiety and the original video came out around the time I was a teenager getting ready for my driver's license test.
I would watch the original over and over to help quell my nerves before I'd go out and drive, it was almost reassuring to know that Parappa could fail his driving test and have to do it again.
It reminded me it can happen to anyone and it's not the end of the world if it does. Now I'm a senior in college and going to graduate soon, thank you for your animations.
