Anyone else notice how Louise can pull off every shade of lipstick?! Been watching your videos for years and I don’t think there’s a shade that hasn’t looked stunning xx
God. Its been a while Louise, I watched you when you were pregnant and just gave birth to Pearl, I don't know why I sort of drifted away. But when Pearl said hello I had to pause the video. God!! She's so grown up now!!! Oh my god!!! Okay imma watch the rest of the video. aaaaa
I was just thinking the same I remember the cot in the wardrobe and the old bathroom and that bright pink in the bedroom and downstairs re watching videos now and I can’t remember why I stopped watching ...
My Granny had that magic window book and she'd let me look at it if I'd been really good when she was looking after me, I'd completely forgotten about it until you opened it and I saw that first picture! Thats brought back some really lovely memories
I just wanted to say hello, I honestly can't believe I've been watching your videos for 9 years. Sending you love from Croatia :) P.S. Home is your safe space and if you ( and family) want to decorate it all black or all pink you should do that. The most important part is that you feel cozy, safe & comfortable.
I LOVE this type of Louise video. I’m so happy you’re saying “f it” to conforming to whatever your style “should” be and just doing you-which I happen to think is absolutely lovely!!! Also I was cracking up at your casual use of the word “decant” with the perfume😂 And also also, I love your shabby chic style because it reminds me of my mom and how she decorated my room when I was little as wel🧡🧡🧡
Omg who is this real on UA-cam 😂😂 make me laugh Louise you’re why I only watch you from all the originals you’ve grown with your audience, just fabulous ❤️
The way you spoke to Pearl while she was playing under the tripod warmed my heart ❤ I love my parents, but they would definitely have told me off excessively for that growing up.
honestly i was looking at the grey wall for the majority of the video... i never noticed those little mirrors until you pointed them out... so they deffo need jujshed up hehe. thank you for another video that is more natural and for showing the 'imperfect' moments. calling Peal sweetie made me feel all fuzzy inside, you seem so kind-hearted, especially with your babies. thank you for a nice bedtime video.
I love all your charity shop finds! So much of this room is so true to your taste: the sparkly accents, the soft pinks, silver etc. I love homes that reflect the owner's character. It's so endearing and interesting.
Love the panelling idea. If you want statement lights I always think those hanging pendant lights either side above the nightstands are a fab modern twist on a slightly more vintage sconce lights!
Louise I just love you, Ive been watching you since I was about 16, I'm 24 now. You just always make me feel safe and boost my mood. I hope you are well and just sending you love and thanks 💗
Oh my gosh I adore you!! I love this so much. Obviously you’ve cleaned up for the tour but at the same time you’ve kept it so real and raw. This isn’t a typical over styled ‘wow look at my glorious belongings’ type video. I mean the wonky curtain rod, i’m hear for it haha. Thank you for being you and staying true to your authentic self xx
That vintage mirror is so so pretty, I saw one very similar in Lewes in one of the antique shops there. I have always regretted not buying it ! Lewes is a must do for antiques and charity shops.
Hi Louise! To give your curtains more volume you could always try Mrs Hinch’s trick. She uses foam pipe insulation, cuts it up and puts it between each pleat of curtain on the pole. You could also use empty toilet roll tubes!
I love your videos! I have been rewatching all the weekly vlogs from when pearly was born and gosh how time flies! You are so comforting to listen to :)
Your house is so lovely. Been watching your videos for years, after a rubbish weekend of sad anniversaries and the thought of work tomorrow this is something to cheer me up. ♥️😀
Yes! Love the decor and sharing you design style. Little tip for the leaning mirror, line the top backside with some cut out felt glued on with some command strips and it will save your walls.
Was thrilled to see you posted your suite tour. I so love listening to you talk. The only advise I could think of is having larger mirrors or larger lamps and nice low bowl with white and pink flowers. Or doing a shiplap wall behind the bed. Also completely agree with your opinion on your bathroom and love your ideas for it.
I have been watching for years now (oldie but Goldie here) and I just love you and your family for much! Such a relief from everyday life and I can relate to you so much. Thank you!
Hi Louise, I don't watch every single video of you, because I don't always find the time. Just wanted to let you know that when I do, I always enjoy them a lot. You provide all the cozy and good feelings when times seem a bit grim. Lots of love from germany.
I LOVE your description of your super king bed, that’s how I describe it and people look at me like I’m a total weirdo for wanting to feel like I have my own space in bed! Can’t think of anything worse than being breathed on in the night 😩
Absolutely beautiful! I'm designing my first home now and it's such a struggle to make it mine and not what is trendy! This is the encouragement I need! Thanks from an oldie but goldy! 💜
I think a beautiful floral wallpaper or mural would look great on the wall behind your bed! I like the idea of larger lamps too. Maybe taller mirrors over the nightstands? Looove your ‘ closet’ space, and I can’t wait to see your new en-suite! Love homey vlogs! 💜
So exciting for another Louise video. Really nice thing to enjoy on a Sunday afternoon! While my house is a bit of a tip, nice to enjoy the serenity of someone else's tidyness. Lol.
I think the mirrors are just too small, even with a big lamp mirrors would still look great but should maybe go bigger for more of a statement, and maybe not rectangle to introduce some different shapes, maybe round or even just angled corners x
This is just the pick me up I needed today. I am in bed drinking my morning coffee and loving all the inspiration you are sharing Louise. I bought my first place about 2 years ago and I am still trying to decide how to decorate 2 years later. I realize that shabby chic with a modern twist is so me from your video. I love love love all your trinkets and the colors you chose.
I absolutely adore your bedroom suite and I don't think it's boring at all! Lovely color palette, I love grey and dusty pinks and lilacs together. All it needs imo is painting of the doors and it will be divine. :)
Pearl reminds me of me when I was little. Always chatting away. So sweet, love how encouraging you are of her and darcy. Your bedroom is lovely, glad you are decorating for you and not for others! Xox
Louise, Thank you for the bedroom suite tour! I enjoyed looking at your aesthetic that definitely speaks ‘Louise’. I have hit the ‘subscribe’ button - so now your laptop can continue to have its little party. Keep on producing wonderful content. Kind Regards, Lisa :-)
Dear Louise, I’m with you on the Shabby Chic ‘thingo’. And, like you, if I could have fairy lights in every room of my home, then I would! In fact, I do have starry fairy lights that dangle down along the bookshelves in the family room, which drives my new kittens to dizzy heights... I wish that I could show you my home and how I’ve incorporated shabby chic, French Provincial, fairy lights and my own home made bits and bobs. Much love ❤️ (all the way from Australia) Edit: I forgot to mention that I also have vintage/antique furniture from my husband’s family gently blending in with Laura Ashley 💕
Yay!!!! I love that I'm here so early! Your such an inspiration and these videos are a beautiful escape for me! Thankyou for uploading no matter what time it is ill always enjoy it!
Cushions on the bed... buy the big Continental square pillows from Dunelm. It makes the bed just look big and grand and just a bit more full. I have a double bed and it just fills it up amazing and gives it structure. 💗💗
I'm not sure what the names of the crystals are that you have. However, I would recommend washing each one in just cool water. And hold it in your hand until its dry, to put your energies onto the crystal. They should only be touched by yourself (if someone else touches it, re wash. 😊. People charge them on a full moon too. 🙌
i am so shocked!! i watched you so much especially when pearl was born and then i sort of drifted away and i swear i thought pearl was darcy at first!! she’s so grown and so freaking gorgeous!! i’ve missed you!
Hi Louise! I work for dunelm, unfortunately not one near you, but you can get someone to come out and measure your windows and make some curtains in any colour and material you want! Or you can come into store for some advice about pre made ones, when stores open ofcourse. Hope this helps! X
The shelf unit to your right of the tv is what we would call a "what-not" because that is what we put on it! It's really cute. Your entire room is elegant and dainty, and really is a reflection of the best you that you have. ❤
YES YES YES ! To the panelling and the statement lamps in the bedroom! My guesses for the bathroom colour scheme is either white and grey or baby pink and white! Xxx
Love your co-host Pearl 🥰 Also love the word hidying lol, that’s definitely my style of tidying, I shove stuff into cupboards until they start to overflow and then have a massive clear out and start again. Also I audibly gasped when you turned the pictures in the window book!
I just thought how awesome pannelling would look behind the bed when you said you were thinking about it :D Board and battan maybe? Big lamps would look gorgous as well :) Love the video
Some vintage inspired pillows with colorful embroidery might be pretty. You could also do a paneled contrasting triptych wall, to make the bed more of a focal point. Larger light fixtures is a good idea.
I'm obsessed with the American farmhouse look and I took the plunge and panelled our dining room. OMG, I love it!!! So, I thoroughly recommend doing it, haha x
I'm so happy you are embracing your individuality with your decor. It seems every UA-camr I follow has decorated their house in the same Farrow & Ball coloured paint. Its nice but too common! I'm all for doing things differently xx
Excited to see the new bathroom, and changes! Definitely go for a larger rug, one big enough to tuck under the bottom half of the bed, and extend out around the bottom and both sides - a vintage / Turkish / Oriental style with pinks, ivory and pastels would suit you so well, I think. What about hanging pendants as bedside lights? There is plenty of space for that, over the chests of drawers, and would give the option to switch out the shades every now and then for a change. Panelling is very on trend right now, particularly in bedrooms (think Bridgerton), but I'm not sure it will entirely suit the room, especially with the ceiling shape. The mirrors are a nice idea, but what about larger, arched shapes, sat behind hanging pendants to throw out more light? Or large framed areas of wallpaper, to bring in a little colour & pattern (florals)? I hope this helps x
Your room looks so cozy, but even better than that, I LOVE your outfit! It is the perfect definition of effortless classy casual. I try so hard to pull off looks like that, but cannot. So, I might try to re-create this outfit! 😎🤗💗👍🏻
The only thing about panelling I’d say is that dust collects onto the different panels, so it’s a bit of a pain to wipe a whole wall of panels every time! Loved the video, you’re such a breath of fresh air on UA-cam x
Dunelm have really lovely curtains - the chenille ones come in lots of pastel colours which might work for your room :) A tip I found helpful is to hang them as high as possible, about 2inches below the ceiling or coving, as they'll make the room look larger... & classier (apparently!).
Personally I think two large turquoise pillows and gold scalloped lights in place of the bedside wall mirrors could look so lovely with all the pastes shades you’ve already got going on 😄 For curtains maybe ones which match the pillows would be a good tie in? Loved the little look around and your explanation of the beautiful sweet display stand :)
have you tried a feather duster for those bedside lamps? hope you can find something youre much happier with! so excited to see the transformation of everything 😁
Aww how lovely that you have so many special unique and cute pieces in your bedroom. Mine is so clinical 🙈 it’s so sweet to see people’s memories on display xxx
I just love listening to you talk talk talk
Omg me too... it’s after work and I’m so tired. I closed my eyes for a bit and just let your soothing voice carry me away... 😝
Anyone else notice how Louise can pull off every shade of lipstick?! Been watching your videos for years and I don’t think there’s a shade that hasn’t looked stunning xx
Yes! 💄
Her lips are so gorgeous. She totally looks like Emily Blunt.
Why thank you Gemma! I do love a fun lipstick! xxx
@@Louisepentland where did ya lipstick from ? It is absolutely beautiful

Pearl sounded so much like Darcy at the beginning. 🙂
The fact she talks to us like normal people and not just babies, and she talks normally, shows just how much Louise has matured over the years
I just wanted to say hello, I honestly can't believe I've been watching your videos for 9 years. Sending you love from Croatia :)

pleaseee do more vids like this, I’m ignoring my college work rn and it feels like a FaceTime from an old friend
omg i remember when the wardrobe was pearls room when she was a baby🥺
I KNOW!!! I was so confused when she picked up pearl
I’m so happy that this is here for me right now! Going through such a hard time and Louise always comforts me

Fun fact: The little sweet shop “unit” is called a “Whatnot”
Love your home and this bedroom tour! Thank you so much for sharing lovely 💕💕💕
Oh that frame with Pearl in your dressing room I used to have as a little girl 😭😭 literally brings back all the memories. I love it xx
Been looking forward to this all day! Tucked in my soft office, glass of Pinot in hand and a new video to watch - perfect Sunday!!☺️
Louise I just love you, Ive been watching you since I was about 16, I'm 24 now. You just always make me feel safe and boost my mood. I hope you are well and just sending you love and thanks 💗
I absolutely love the fact that you stick with what you like and also that you were open about how you changed your mind. It's so refreshing xo

I feel like that book Aunty Barbara gifted has informed your style so much!
How did you react when you found out Zoe’s news? x
I cried on FT with happiness for her xxx
Just the happiest news!! Exciting to think the baby will be just a few years younger than Pearl!
I love your videos! I have been rewatching all the weekly vlogs from when pearly was born and gosh how time flies! You are so comforting to listen to :)

Hi Louise!!! I'm so happy to spend some time with you this afternoon!!❤️🥰
i love the color scheme of the room! grays and pinks are always my go-to colors when it comes to room decor!
I have been watching for years now (oldie but Goldie here) and I just love you and your family for much! Such a relief from everyday life and I can relate to you so much. Thank you!

I love the panelling idea! I find panelling really levels up that shabby chic style 😍 your home seems so much more you now!
Pearl reminds me of me when I was little. Always chatting away. So sweet, love how encouraging you are of her and darcy. Your bedroom is lovely, glad you are decorating for you and not for others! Xox
Louise,
Thank you for the bedroom suite tour!

I literally had the same book growing up and my mum would always find the most beautiful 'pop-up' style books ❤️
Gosh it’s just so great to have you back and thriving, Louise!
I used to watch you when I was a teen and I forgot how LOVELY and easy to watch you are! 😍
Dear Louise, I’m with you on the Shabby Chic ‘thingo’. And, like you, if I could have fairy lights in every room of my home, then I would! Love that wall color with those sprinkles of glitter!
Defo yes for panelling! Loved that book your Aunty gifted you! Xx
What a gorgeous room!! We need a full house tour ☺️☺️💕💕
Lovely way to end a busy Sunday at work! Hope you’re doing okay 💗

the joy i felt when i got a notification that you posted, unmatched 😍
“He’s a good egg” Louise always has the best phrases
I love the wall paint in your room it’s beautiful!💕💕
i am so shocked!! i watched you so much especially when pearl was born and then i sort of drifted away and i swear i thought pearl was darcy at first!! she’s so grown and so freaking gorgeous!! i’ve missed you!
Louise, you need to look into “grand millennial” style. It’s basically updated grandma chic. I think you’d enjoy it.
Ooo yay! Just in time! Also I’m obsessed with your home insta at my big age of 17 lmao 💕
Hi Louise! I work for dunelm, unfortunately not one near you, but you can get someone to come out and measure your windows and make some curtains in any colour and material you want! Or you can come into store for some advice about pre made ones, when stores open ofcourse. Hope this helps! X
Loved this vlog, also have always loved your style! You have too much personality and character to just have a grey house ❤️
The shelf unit to your right of the tv is what we would call a "what-not" because that is what we put on it! It's really cute. Your entire room is elegant and dainty, and really is a reflection of the best you that you have. ❤
Ahhh I love that! Every day's a school day! xxx
I LOVE your outfit in this vid! You always look so nice and put together, even with comfier outfits. Fantastic vid! I truly love "chatting" with you.
Nothing like a bit of cozy Louise content to finish the week, thank you! 💗
I had that exact Magic Windows book when I was a baby and I'd completely forgotten about it!! Thanks for all the nostalgia ❤️
Thanks for this video, I love a nosey round people's homes. And you seem so comfortable and yourself 🤗
I love painting wood, I’m with you!😊
Omg Pearl is so grown up I remember watching ur pregnancy announcement like it was yesterday love ur videos Louise ♥️♥️♥️
YES YES YES ! To the panelling and the statement lamps in the bedroom! My guesses for the bathroom colour scheme is either white and grey or baby pink and white! Xxx

This is giving off the BEST og youtube vibes.
I loved watching this so much ❤️ it's just like life is normal again and everything is warm and happy ❤️
This soothed my soul today!! Please never doubt your worth to your followers❤️
I love how you make use of old things, everything is so pretty 💖 love the suitcases 🥰
So, I thoroughly recommend doing it, haha x

the suitcases reminded me of polly pocket cases !!! 💗
Absolutely love this this video!! And yes to the Ted Baker suitcase. It’s beautiful 🤩
Perfect Sunday night Louise on the TV
Your room looks so cozy, but even better than that, I LOVE your outfit! It is the perfect definition of effortless classy casual. I try so hard to pull off looks like that, but cannot. So, I might try to re-create this outfit! 😎🤗💗👍🏻
i love your videos i can see that you are clearly such a kind soul and genuine nice person. so are your children and liam ofc!! 💗💗💗
Sees video is 38 minutes: but how, it’s just a bedroom
*38 minutes later* : it was so nice spending the morning with you Louise, have a great day
The only thing about panelling I’d say is that dust collects onto the different panels, so it’s a bit of a pain to wipe a whole wall of panels every time! Loved the video, you’re such a breath of fresh air on UA-cam x
When you showed us the sparkly grey wall I literally said “Oooooooo” out loud😂😂
I think paneling would be great on the wall behind the bed but you're right grand lamps sounds lovely💖
Loved the little look around and your explanation of the beautiful sweet display stand :)
have you tried a feather duster for those bedside lamps? hope you can find something youre much happier with! so excited to see the transformation of everything 😁
p.s. that mess of a backlit clip had me cackling 😂
Happy Sunday Xx Radiant as always, Louise!
Aww how lovely that you have so many special unique and cute pieces in your bedroom. Mine is so clinical 🙈 it’s so sweet to see people’s memories on display xxx
