Can you unlock it from the outside with an Apple Watch?

Does this lock have Wifi or require to connect to the Hub?

According to their website, it needs to be connected to a hub for remote unlocking, voice commands, and widget unlocking.
Without a hub, I believe it only uses Bluetooth!
