Includes entrance and Brian's address. Michael Brown also steps down as Vice Chancellor, a post held for the past 9 years.
Brian, you truly are young people's model. You showed them one could pursue a dream and education at the same time. Hat off to you.
He holds a guitar in his left hand and the universe in the right hand. He is Truly Impressive!
A true renaissance man that you are Dr. May. Like you, I've gone back to college but I never played in a legendary rock band.
Bet he never thought he'd be doing this on the anniversary of Live Aid.
This is a great moment for Brian and I can only begin to imagine how much it's meant to him. And how thrilling for the graduands, to have Brian's speech!
Beautiful moment for Brian, a very clever man, more than the Queen guitarrist, Congratulations.
Amazing
Brian May is a great and kind man. The University will be justly proud to have him as it Chancellor.
Oww, really?
What an intelligent and gracious human being Brian Is. He has been so blessed. Congratulations! After performing before millions and millions of people throughout the years, I detected a nervousness in your voice as you spoke? Is it because of all your accolades, your education has had the most profound impact on you? God Bless!
Important moment for a student when he/she reaches the conclusion of the course. Beautiful and exciting! Congratulations and best wishes for this achievement!
Can’t help but think that as you were walking towards the back of the cathedral at the end of this video you were thinking about how amazing it was for you, the graduates… and how a huge guitar solo over top that pipe organ would really be the icing on the cake.
Brian is soooooo tall. That hat and cloak just make him look even taller.. To an Australian all them bells and whistles kinda remind me of Harry Potter though.. we're not real fancy here.. You guys over there really know how to party. what a cool ceremony.. would have loved to have had Brian shake my hand when I got my Bachelor degree.
Widor Toccata and Dr. Brian May! Two of favorites in one video! :-)
Wow, I'm impressed because Brian is definitely the "clever one" of Queen!!
Illumination70 I think they all are (and were) very clever men!
I'm so proud to live with you, Brian, on the same planet! You are an example for all young people in all countries! You are a brilliant man! Love forever!
@BladesOfMunch You're right! It's not another Queen live show; it's a magnificient and historical act and I hope that Brian feels as proud of himself as I do. Not all musicians are Doctors and even less Chancellors! ;-)
salut dan bangga, seorang musisi yang berdedikasi, keilmuan, semoga menjadi penyemangat bagi yang lain... good luck , sir Bryan may..👍👍👍

I’m smarter than Brian May! He’s got a PhD I’ve got a QhD! Haha just joking! What an amazing brilliant man who deserves all the riches and success in life! Brian has truly worked for and earned his achievements and I wish him and all those who have done the same a very blessed life!
