Baby Green Sea Turtle (Sri Lanka) ❤️

Sri Lanka has various government programs to restore the sea turtle population. Green turtles lay their eggs right on the beach, in the sand. Near the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon, there is a lifeguard tower. Rescuers carefully transfer the nests of turtles to a specially selected place near the tower, and enclose them for careful preservation. After all, there are so many predators nearby who want to eat eggs: these are monitor lizards, and lizards, as well as various birds. In this video, we will see the process of releasing grown up and strong baby turtles into their natural habitat.
