Chinese food is an addiction here. Hunan Chicken (extra spicy), egg roll, hot and sour soup, crab rangoons. Every. Single. Time.
Love a good Chinese feast with lots of bites! Next time you are at TJs, pick up their Thai sweet chili sauce. Great with egg rolls and those cream cheese jalapeño bites.

there's a place in town (Eugene, OR) called Ambrosia that had/has a dish called Fettuccine Davide that I used to have to eat from one side of the plate to the other to feel as If I had made a dent , If you did the fork twirl it seemed to grow and grow and it felt like you never made a dent, they use a different serving plate now and the effect isn't the same.
Never heard pot sticker until I moved here.in Korea they are called Mando and in Japan gyoza.
