This really helped me. I'm a student In my first year in university. I really want higher grades. I really want to loose weight. I want to achieve both of them. I feel me writing down my goals won't still push me to do it. But from your video. It really made have a second thought on writing down my goals and achieveing them. I pray I get through them.
