Looks awesome indeed, seems promising. However, hangar landing and internal exploration of ships was a must. Battlefront 2 (2005) is still one step ahead about this.

Actually in the battlefront 2 2005 you will have to wait until another clone trooper came in the arc 170 to use the rear turret.

No its not the Malevolence, its a Providence Class Dreadnought, like the "Invisible Hand" where Dooku was killed in Episode 3

Officially, there never was a clone rebellion on Kamino. Unofficially, approximately twenty years after we were created, a special detachment of the Imperial 501st Legion was dispatched to Kamino, with orders to eradicate an army of clones that had been bred to take arms against the Empire. Our mission commander, an expert on the inner workings of Kamino, was a young bounty hunter named Boba Fett.
The bounty hunter left after the battle was over. He said something about tracking down a smuggler on Tatooine. After the Kamino uprising, the Emperor decided an army of genetically identical soldiers was too susceptible to corruption. Future troopers would be cloned from a variety of templates. Though the 501st itself remained pure, the rest of the Imperial Army gradually became more and more diverse. We never really got used to the new guys.

I just want to fly around and admire the arc170's ripping everything apart and the Venators chillin with the so called "beam weapon" (SPHA-T) taking pot shots. Its noise they nailed thankfully, sounds gorgeous to the ears.
This is in a WHOLE!! different league from the last battlefronts starfighter mode. It's quite insane actually.
That ARC Fighter is one of my personal favorite vehicles in all of Star Wars! I’m so excited to play with it!

All the ships are way too slow, and I noticed quite a few have the wrong laser cannon SFX. I hope DICE and Criterion will fix these issues. :(

Vehicles - AT-TE, AT-AP, Republic Tank, Spider Droid, Hellfire droid, V-19 Torrent REpublic Fighter
Infantry - iconic clone units like 501st, 212th, clones in camo armor on Kashyyyk goddammit!
Magna guards, Droidekas, ARC Troopers, Clone Commandos

A couple ships they need to add, Anakin & Obi Wan Jedi Starfighters, The Twilight, and Grevious fighter.
Is anyone else disappointed that in the new era they haven’t introduced any new star fighters? I know DICE is restricted to working with what’s in the movie but it sucks because we are essential getting 2 eras not 3, as the new era is just an expansion of the original era. The tie fighter and intercepter are the same just in white and the resistance just have a different colour X-wing and A-wing

I'm disapointed. They messed up the best starfighter in the galaxy the arc-170. It sounds like a weed wacker and the lasers sound like an X-wing
Um....you do know that the ARC-170 heavily inspired the X-Wing right? So why wouldn't the guns sound similar? It's better than the guns sounding like a TIE fighter like they do in Episode III.
Turbofurby ik it was based off the x-wing but that doesnt mean the x-wing is an upgraded arc-170. Id like the arc-170 to havw its own engine sound cuz it has engines specific to that ship and its own blaster cannon noise like in all the past star wars games
My only problem with Yoda's starfighter is that the s foils shouldn't be that straight. the tips should be facing a little toward the ship
